Cashier number 6-blk male with glasses didn’t say a word to me even after I said have a good day, hi, nothing, made me feel super uncomfortable and never asked for my phone number so I’d get points or a reciept sent to my email.Lots of stuff not in stock, no school backpacks which is why I went there but I’d go back if the cashier was pleasant, nope! I have a Burlington credit card that I will no longer use since the other store is a half hour away

Probably not shocking to many who frequent this location but my recent encounter certainly warrants a written public complaint. I placed a lay-a-way at this location on December 3, 2023 and was told by this extremely rude associate/manager, Cynthia, that all lay-a-ways needed to be out by December 10, 2023. First, the signage in the store stated that you must place all layaways by December 10, 2023 and they must be picked up by December 17, 2023. Nonetheless, I picked up my items on December 7, 2023 and was 'assisted' by a seemingly new cashier, Denise. This is how the visit went---I advised her that I was there to pick up my layaway. She rolls her eyes, almost literally falls to the floor in a very exaggerated manner, and states, "I just had to pull a layaway" "They {Burlington} need to stop with layaways". Another cashier responds, "it is almost over" to which Denise replies, "it needs to be over now." I expressed to the cashier that her frustrations is not the customers fault. She replied "I know it is not ma'am. I wasn't talking to you." She proceeds to the back and when she returns with my layaway, she was DRAGGING the garment bag on the floor. Now, before anyone claims that the items were heavy, let me tell you what was inside my layaway bag: 3 shirts; 1 sweatshirt; one lightweight jacket; and one pair of tennis shoes. I will NEVER visit this location again. It seems they need to retrain some of the newer, and 'seasoned' employees on what customer service should be. No excuses need to be made for that type of behavior. If this store has in-store camera footage, by all means, please review it and it will verify everything that I have written.

Fitting room was closed. I had to try jackets in front of a aisle mirror. The manager was livid that I put jackets next to the mirrors - you know because the fitting rooms were closed. She grabbed the jackets and took them away from me. She was also very ugly to a new employee on their first day. Couldn't buy anything because she took the product away from me. I think it was racially motivated, but I'm unsure if that was the case or the manager didn't want to work. It was hard to tell.

Customer check out line was 2 miles long. 2 cashiers working. Stood in line for 47 minutes before I got to register.Update: 1 cashier for no less than 30 people. Wait was almost 50 minutes

The store was find but standing in line for 30 minutes just to buy full items was ridiculous. I understand that staffing was short and late but I want to truly recommend a raise for the woman that was on the counter she was patient she smiled she did her job she didn't fuss or complain she informed the customers that her working partner was running late but she was going to service us accordingly I would do her review on the receipt I think she said her name was Shelly but God knows she has wonderful patience with rude people so I would just like to commend her to the fullest she get five stars from me

Reasonable prices, but the customer service here sucks!!!! There is ALWAYS only 2 cashiers when the line is wrapped around the corner everytime!! ITS REDICULOUS!!!!

There is about 30 people in line with 1 cashier. 3 people in line including myself left but I made sure to find a worker to ask if someone could help the one cashier they had. Their answer was that the manager wanted everyone on the floor. This is horrible customer service!! I was in lime waiting about 20 minutes and I was still no where near the finish. This is ridiculous. Please do better and practice teamwork!

I literally stood in line for an hour. The manager didn’t even come and help the only TWO cashiers that was there. At least come out and get the line down. I watched several customers walked out due to the long wait. She putting clothes back like that can’t wait

Wide variety of clothes. Everything is well priced very fashionable stuff and a lot of name brand stuff like champion Nike and supreme esque style. Clothes for all genders everything from cologne to sandals.

I went to make a return today there were only two cashiers and six people standing in line. I'm disabled and on a cane. Standing is painful for me.It took the cashier maybe 2 minutes to assist me. But wanted me to go to the back of the line and wait.Did I forget to mention that I am disabled and on a cane. I'm in pain but you want to make me stand in line.They were very rude and heartless

What an absolutely filthy none kept up store. Nobody wants to pick items off the ground . If I wanted items like that I would go into my kids room. Bad business! Not wheelchair accessible.
