I paid for my washing machine on Tuesday and they delivered it the next day on Wednesday. Friday night, two days later, the machine stopped spinning and the water did not drain. I called the following Monday and they told me someone would be calling me and out to fix it within 24-48 hours. Someone did show up 2 days later on a Wednesday at 5:30pm when I was not home, but did not call to verify anything before or during. Had maintenance called, he would have been informed my laundry area is outside, the door was unlocked, and he could have done the work then. Two days later, that Friday, I called multiple times and no one answered. I went up to the business and spoke with them in person. The man said he called me and I assured him he had not; especially since every number he gave me was not mine. I gave them my information and asked for a date/time when he would be back to fix it. He told me the next Monday. Well guess what today is? Monday. I went back up to the office today, and had a word with the man who sold me the washer. He took my information and said he would have their maintenance come out anyway because the business hours does not indicate their working hours. It is now 8:40 pm and I have not heard anything. I will be back tomorrow, on Tuesday morning, for my refund.
Update: When I returned for a refund, the maintenance man met me at the front and said he would head to my house immediately. He arrived before I did and told me he would have to replace the washer. That afternoon, he came back to replace the washer. It’s unfortunate so much transpired in order for the issue to be rectified. I will not be buying from them again due to this experience.

My property manager used these jokers to replace the stove in my apartment. The first one they brought was in worse shape than what I originally had. It took nearly 2 weeks to get them to bring another after they refused to return her money. This one is rusty, the oven door barely closes, and they sprayed the inside of the oven with some kind of bleach based cleaner and left it without actually cleaning it. So now I’m trying to get the smell out of the oven so I can actually try to use it. Don’t waste your money!!! I’m calling the property manager on Monday in hopes she can use another company for a stove that actually works.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SELL HALF-WORKING EQUIPMENT AND PROMISE YOU A 60-90 day warranty only for them to not answer the phone and give you the runaround. Purchased a Whirlpool fridge and it barely cooled when I called then they told me to turn the temperature all the way to colder and it should work. IT DODNT!!! The following day I called back didn't get an answer, until 2 days of calling only for them to set an apt to come check out the whirlpool refrigerator on a Monday, didn't call or text until an hour before schedule time to say they can't come because his boss sent him to another location!!! At this point I'm am Beyon Furious nd I want this piece of trash out of my house NOW. Someone from this Establishment needs to reach out to me today!!

Brought a washer and dryer from them 2 months ago, noticed washing machine wasn’t working correctly called and someone came out but he didn’t fix the problem… Been calling and leaving voicemails ever since no one ever answers the phones or returns your calls. Waste of money

This company have gave me the worst experience ever as much money I been spending on food due to me having to keep throwing food out bc the refrigerator is hot not keeping none of my food cold I have reached out to the owner he had a tech come out the next day after it started making loud noise the owner then brought a “loaner” to my house which is still not keeping my bottom food cold I have text the owner and still haven’t got a reply yet I thought bc my cousin use to do business with him this company would be good but I guess bc we wasnt “personal i got sold a lemon I could of got a new refrigerator with
The money I’ve wasted couldn’t even do Thanksgiving on my new place because of this ladies and gent. Save your money and go to Lowe’s or Home Depot this company is a rip off and lies about fixing it

This has been the worst experience ever. We purchased a refrigerator on 09/19/2024. The freezer part never fully worked and we have been advised a part was ordered but has not arrived. Recently, the owner told us the part finally arrived and he would have his technician get out to have it repaired. As of 11/04 we have yet to hear from the tech, We have called and left several messages but no one is responding to us. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not do good business and the customer service is the worst. The holidays are approaching we STILL do not have a FULLY functioning Fridge. I will be filling complaints with the BBB or opening a small claims case.

C&M Appliances had exactly what we needed. Delivery was quick, within a few days. The owner was present when our washer and dryer were delivered making a great impression. The owner is so nice and his crew was so polite. I love that they offer a warranty too. Thank you C&M Appliances and everything is working great!
