I got into a fairly minor fender bender resulting in my 2018 Corolla needing its fender, front bumper, and passenger side headlight housing to be replaced. It took an entire month and two failed release attempts to get my vehicle issues sorted, I dropped my car off on the first of July and got it back on the 31st.
On the first intended pick up the panels were clearly misaligned but they said they would keep the car and winded up doing the fender again with an OEM part rather than aftermarket. Upon attempting to pick up the vehicle for a second time the fitment the panels were still off so they once again kept the vehicle and replaced the headlight housing for a second time, also swapping the aftermarket part for an OEM part.
They claimed to have calibrated the pre collision sensor twice but it’s still malfunctioning due to the bumper being replaced. I don’t understand how such minor damage took so long to resolve and why the fit is still subpar. They also failed to update enterprise on my behalf resulting in them literally threatening to repossess thier car.
Taylor was professional and solution oriented but the quality of service is very poor in my opinion. I’ve had cars repaired before and the repairs were speedy and undetectable, my experience with caliber collision was terrible and I could never recommend anyone choose this location.

WARNING!!! I never in my life experienced anything like this from a so called well known professional shop. I truly regret taking my car (2022 Dodge Charger) to these people. The communication is horrible. The guy Teddy beats around the bush, I had to literally go up there after they had my car for over a month just to repair the wheel. I had to tell him to be straight up with me. Then after estimating my car and reviewing it over a month they fixed the wheel, then later states there are additional damages and it might need to be totaled out. Like how did they not see any additional damages while the tire was off like you can literally see it and they supposedly did an estimate looking for damages before getting started. I think they damaged my car trying to get the wheel on then came back saying, there’s additional damage, the car need to probably be totaled out. After over a month later. I was looking like how? You can literally see the damage without the wheel being off, but they saw the car with the whole wheel off. That caused me so much inconvenience. I wish I would’ve took my car to Joe Hudson like I normally do. I said well Caliber is right up the street. One of worst decision’s I’ve ever made. And the lady in the front acts like you are bothering her when you go there no professionalism at all. They will have your car for a very long time. I end up running into someone I know and told her about them. She said they had her car for 3 months. That is ridiculous. Never again! Also I had my car towed from there to another shop to see what happened to my car. I paid a tow fee out of pocket. Now I’m stuck with a $4300 bill I have to pay out of pocket because they told the insurance company that the car was totaled and it’s not because where I took it to , they said it can be repaired. They also stated, how they couldn’t see that? After I pay this money, I’m coming back for Caliber Collision in a civil court and that insurance company. Plus they didn’t put my car back together now that was very dirty. I will be also posting on fb and possibly road blocks of Columbia so everyone will know about this shade tree company. This company is very shady. Please people heed to this warning, you will have a bigger problem taking your car to this place when you leave there. Joe Hudson, John Harris, and the Nissan Dealership on Fernadina Rd. Is pretty good.
