I’m a repeat customer at Caliber Collision on Newland Road on the Northeast side of Columbia, SC. The service level is always outstanding and they provide a lifetime warranty on their work for as long as you own your vehicle. This time around my service person was Trey and I appreciate his attentiveness to the details I pointed out about my suv. The ladies at the front are always kind and approachable. I like that and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I couldn’t give a high enough rating for this company. My vehicle was crashed by a valet while we were on vacation. Caliber Collision took care of every detail you can possibly imagine. With a very large family and little time on my hands, they made the whole move quickly, ensuring that the rental care was available to drop off with them, saving me even more time. I received regular updates on the various stages of progress and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the service I received.
MJ is a superstar! If you need your vehicle fixed, no matter the extent of the damage, she is your person! And shout out to Heather for keeping everything moving along from a paperwork perspective and within my timeframe.
I hope I don’t need to go back to Caliber, but if I do, I won’t have any concerns about service!

From the moment I walked in, MJ set a gold-standard for customer care that every service business should study. She greeted me by name, explained the repair process in plain English, and—most impressively—kept me in the loop with timely calls and text updates at every milestone. No wondering, no chasing.
When a tricky parts delay popped up, MJ laid out my options, rearranged the schedule to minimize downtime. Her calm, can-do attitude turned what could have been a headache into a breeze. By pickup day my car looked factory-fresh, and the paperwork was ready before I even stepped inside.
