Caliber Collision went above and beyond my expectations. They were professional and courteous from the moment I walked in until the day I picked up my car. Larry and Sherry at the front desk are both happy, polite, and knowledgeable people who helped make this whole experience so much easier for me. They worked incredibly well with my insurance company and I had to do very little, which was a relief since the car issue had been very stressful for me. They're both incredibly knowledgeable. And Dom was my technician. He was very communicative throughout the job. He did such an amazing job repairing the car that it looks and feels brand new. It drives better, and even the wheels feel more aligned, which we all know is a rare blessing in South Carolina! Dom even finished my repair early. The whole experience was so great, I felt compelled to give him a hug. 10/10, absolutely recommend Caliber for all of your repairs.Also, this location contracts with the Enterprise at Polo and Two Notch so Enterprise will pick you up from Caliber and come pick up your rental when you're done. Highly recommend.Thanks for everything!

Great work! I would suggest to have NO deodorizer when your car is detailed. The smell was awful and completely ruined my clean leather scent of the inside of my car.

Caliber handled my auto claim for a wreck that I was in. The shop did excellent work on my vehicle and in a timely fashion. In addition, my service representative Dominick made sure that he stayed in communication the whole time and was very efficient and personable. I will definitely be using this shop for all collision and bodywork moving forward.

I was assured that my car would be ready January 31, 2024. They texted my husband throughout the process to let us know that everything was running on track, all the parts were in, and that it would be ready as planned. TODAY JANUARY 31,2024, my husband called to find out when my car could be picked up. NOT UNTIL HE CALLED DID they tell him that THEY LOST THE KEY TO MY CAR! Why didn't THEY call and let us know immediately? How long were they going to keep it a secret while they continued to look for my key?? This place works with cars and THEY LOST MY CAR KEY, COULDN'T FINISH THE JOB, AND DIDN'T CALL! I'm worried about my key just floating around lost!UpdateThey replaced my key with NEW fobs. If the old fob is found it wouldn't be off use. What a relief! I received my car, shortly after my original review. It looks great! I do appreciate the effort and quickness that they put forth to correct the time loss due to losing my keys. Thank you

I worked with Brittany and she is a great person to work with. She insured I was kept informed of what was happening with my vehicle. All the people at Caliber were very nice and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.

The entire Caliber team was amazing! It started with the customer service I received from Sherry! She was patient, kind, and personable. When I came into the office,Lana and Larry were extremely pleasant and Larry went the extra mile to make ease of business seamless, as he assisted me with changing my rental car reservation to accommodate my needs. The entire team has such a nice relationship with Enterprise Rental which made life so much easier for me, so that I could go to work. Trey, my service advisor was awesome! Pleasant, communicative with timelines, and stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle earlier than anticipated. TEN STARS FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM! My car looked phenomenal too. All repairs were done in excellence.
