My son paid extra for special delivery for my birthday. They were never delivered on my birthday. I finally received them the next day at 9:15 pm because this florist doesn't have help or delivery drivers. The flowers are nice but I told him not to use this florist again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered 02/15/24 to not be as busy on Valentine’s Day. I put in the order online to deliver to my moms job. Called 02/15 at 10AM to confirm the flowers would be delivered by 4:30 because that’s when she clocks off work. They said it would be done before then. Hadn’t heard anything from my mom still so I called again at 3 I was told no worries they would be delivered before 4:30. Now my mom is stuck waiting in the parking lot for flowers that were supposed to be delivered hours ago. It’s no longer a surprise because I had to call her and tell her the driver was “running late” I will never be using this place ever again. They clearly are unorganized and can’t read instructions clearly.UPDATE: My mom got her flowers in the parking lot. Sad because I requested a specific time so the ladies in the office could ooh and ahhh over them. Delivery driver claims he is late because the shop did not label the flowers as priority even though they were called twice.

Was so disappointed with the flowers they sent my mom for her 70th birthday. I ordered Premium birthday flowers. It seriously looked so cheap. I thought it was going to be huge but it was tiny, like 20 dollars worth. They only had the head of the flower, Seriously 5 inches of stem.Plus it seems like they run out of ink because you couldn’t even read the text on the note ?It’s a rip off.

I ordered a gift basket for a friend. The basket was never received but my bank account debited $100 . Made two phone calls to them with no resolution. Sad. I was trying to shop local?

I ordered at 12:40pm and it’s 6:57pm and I have not been contacted after several calls and emails on my part.I will be asking for a full refund and following up with the Better Business Bureau if I do not hear from them with in the next 30 minutes.

So I just called telling the person on the phone that I was calling from another state and that I wanted to place an order for delivery of flowers for my daughter’s birthday and he just said sorry were are booked up and hang up on me. Wow. Just blew my mind.

These are the freshest most beautiful flowers I have received in a long time. The lilies, which are a favorite, will open in a day or two. The roses are beautiful. A dear friend sent them to me upon the death of my mother. They could not be more perfect.

My daughter ordered an arrangement for me, which was subpar. The roses was limped, and brown; some of the other flowers wasn't fully bloom. I spoke with Chuck and he assured me that he would replace the arrangement which hasn't happen. The flowers was supposed to be picked up on May 19 2023 and they was supposed to send me replacement flowers by Monday May 22, 2023 and now of that occurred. I wouldn't recommend this flower shop to anyone.

Carolyn florist was disappointing. She did not meet her time line, the flowers were dead after 2 days. We went to Carolyn for flowers of the loss of our sister/mom. Her unprofessionalism added additional anguish to our sutuation. Do not use this florist.

They did a wonderful job with my moms flowers. They also accommodated me when I came several hours early for pick up and I’d forgotten to call. They took care of my order immediately and when I asked them to change red roses to something else, they fixed it on the spot and didn’t make me feel like I’d inconvenienced them (even though I did, thanks again!!!). I will certainly use this business again. It was my first time using them and I’m very happy with the quality and service they provided me.

We ordered over 500$ in floral arrangements for my Mother’s funeral and these people never showed up. At this point the whole business could be a scam.
