I've been coming here for a very long time and the guys in there tonight, HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL‼️ I can't believe how disrespectful they all were. They definitely brought there home life to work tonight. Chipotle is my favorite... Definitely had the most terrible service tonight!

So I haven't had Chipotle in about a year, and I figured, what the heck, let me get that. I walk in and I'm not really greeted, but I guess acknowledged but this ornery employee, a black dude with tats, n I thought maybe if I give off some positive energy , he'd absorb it and then give it back. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a bowl and he just threw the ingredients in it like my steak was the one that made him come into work on his day off, and as I was trying to figure out what else I wanted, he just stood there and looked at me like I just ruined his entire day. So I rushed through my order just so I didn't interrupt whatever he had going on. I'd like to say I'd go back but next time I'll call in advance to make sure he ISNT working that day. Other than that, it was straight.

Often, get food to go from this location. The staff is friendly and courteous when building the order. All smiles, upbeat attitudes, and always moving. I have been here on days they are busy. They work well at high volume and keep a positive attitude through the rush.

Was my first visit , and my experience was good. Looks like CMG must place some good training to to address people with gender presentation. If the training is not in place, they should place one and train people accordingly.One , big issue is there is no real separation between the meat items and vegetarians items. When placing meat in the bowl, its easy to slip out of the serving spoon into the beans very close to it. and the counters (where they place food into the bowl) was dirty with.Please , have NO CROSS CONTACT with meat items, place barriers.There are lot of people becoming vegetarians. Menu is not clearly labeled as VEG either. Separation between VEG and Non-VEG is a very thin line.Thanks

This location was basically almost in shambles. A worker started making my order, then just walked away to start making drive thru orders in the other prep area. A second worker came over after a few minutes and asked what I was waiting on. The whole restaurant smelled like trash, soda from the drink machine tasted like cleaner, and there wasn’t any ice. Another customer asked an employee to bring more ice if possible to which the worker said they would. The worker went to the back (presumably for more ice) and then came back out to take their lunch break without bringing any ice or acknowledging the customer who asked for more ice. Honestly just a strange experience. I won’t be back

It's 9:45PM RIGHT NOW. Store closes at 11PM, why are we being told the grills are shut off and there's no chicken and no queso???? Close at 9 if you're not going to have your menu stocked until 11. Terrible service and you've lost a customer.

Service was bad the young guy acted like he didn’t want to be at work. He was only serving my bowl with a little bit on what I acted to be put in my bowl. I paid for extra protein and he drop some of it out the cup on the floor…. over all bad service will not be back.
