They need to hire or train more technicians, especially transmission technicians. Took my car in at the end of August, and was told that it won't be looked at till the end of October. I don't know what it is, but the service advisor showed very little empathy to my situation. It was as if they could care less whether I left my vehicle there for repairs or not. It was very weird to see, especially with the bad reputation that dealerships have for reaping people off. This dealership seem to have more than enough work that my business wasn't needed. Anyway, I towed my car out of there to a different Ford dealership.

1 Star is beyond generous. After waiting over a month for our recall appointment, we were told it was cancelled 2 days before we were scheduled to go in.Service manager is a real harpy. She went as far to say the laws do not apply to her, and that she can refuse work to any car for any reason. I was even told that my recall was most likely fake and sent to me accidentally (100% real according to Ford themselves).Beyond unprofessional and borderline criminal treatment and practices. Stay clear of this place at all costs.

Finance manager (Justin) is not above manipulation to get you to buy a warranty you don't want. Concealing the cost and rushing you through signing paperwork. I know, I should have been more guarded but, he got me. I cancelled within 6 days once I realized what happened. Or so I thought, it's been 3 months and no cancellation confirmation or refund to my loan principal. I even have the personal phone number for the GM but, that hasn't helped either. My advice go somewhere else no car is worth doing business like this.....

I was incredibly happy with the experience I had buying my new Bronco Sport. My sales person, Mack was helpful and polite. The sales manager was kind and helpful as well. I felt heard, respected, and never swindled the way other dealerships had made me feel. Additionally, I appreciated the transparency of the financial side. There were no ridiculous market adjustments, my trade value was fair, and they didn’t add in unnecessary fees or markups for things. So many other dealerships these days make it hard to know what the true price is and Classic Ford kept it clear and honest. I love my new car and was very happy with the experience overall. Highly recommend the his dealership.

So trying to find out if this business has Lincoln's or not... website is all ford and not Lincoln's but name says Lincoln. Called and went into voicemail hell and wherever it went was full. Tried every extension they had and none were answered by a live person and none had a voicemail with any room on it... if anyone from this dealership reads this please call me at 847-226-7579 and let me know if you carry Lincoln's or not

Very Very pleased with the treatment that we received during the purchase of our 2023King Ranch. Especially with the time we spentWith our salesman, Gates McClinchie. He tookHis time explaining all the details/features about the vehicle, as well as leaving nothing to be questioned. In other words, he did an excellent job!!We would highly recommend Classic Ford!!

I bought a Lincoln Navigator after finding one online here in the colors and model with all the extras that I was looking for! Sales team was awesome at getting back to me very quickly and keeping me updated on everything. I drove from Alabama to South Carolina to pick up the vehicle from the dealership and they had everything ready for me; I just had to sign my paperwork and give them my check then we were on the road headed home. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

We worked with salesman James Wolfe. Man of his word, met all our expectations. We drove an hour and a half to work with him and he honored every option offered. We shopped 4 dealerships and Classic gave us exactly what we were looking for and great customer service.

The Best Car buying experience I have ever had. I was in the process of making a cross country move from NC to CA with my entire family of 6 when I ran into some truck issues leaving us stranded and delayed. I figured given the age of my vehicle and the distance I had remaining for my trip it would be in my best interest to replace the truck, however my truck was actually broken down at a different dealership making the problem even more complicated. My wife and I made our way over to Classic Ford in our other vehicle where we were greeted by Gates. He heard me out with the scenario I was in and quickly assisted us with getting the ball rolling on a new truck, even handling the towing to get my trade over to the right dealership, alleviating much of the pressure. After we got the sale all squared away, he quickly helped get about 1000lbs of cargo transferred over to the new truck that included hand loading a 400lb motorcycle with help from the entire Classic Ford team. I couldn't be more grateful for the experience we had with every member of their staff, the professionalism and courtesy they showed to my family and I when we were in need was top-notch and will not be forgotten. Even though I am not a local to the area they will be on the top of my list for future car buying needs!

While traveling with my camper I ran into trouble with my F150 (starter) while in South Carolina. I called several dealerships in the area and they either did not have the part or could not help me for several days. Called Classic Ford in Columbia and they were awesome. Random Stafford was my service advisor and she went above and beyond to help get us back on the road. She even helped with temporary parking for my camper while repairs were being done! All told I lost about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the repair work thanks to Randie and the folks at Classic Ford.

We were in from New York visiting my daughter in Chapin and our air conditioner stopped working! It was the 4th of July holiday and we called the dealership, they got us an appointment right away and our car was fixed in a few days. They kept us updated on the status of our car and they were very nice! Now we know where to go when we come back if any thing breaks! Thanks “y’all!!!”

My visit was fantastic! I had used Classic Ford previously but I became quite disappointed with the caliber of the service writers. I felt as if I was a hinderance to their duties. I was speaking with a friend and was told there had been some changes at the dealership so I decided to give it a shot. What a difference! Like night and day. The ladies at the service desk were very professional yet quite friendly and focused on me and my vehicle’s needs. I had an appointment and was in and out in about an hour. Classic Ford gets it! Not only will I use them exclusively to service my F-150, but when I decided to replace it I will definitely give Classical Ford the first shot at my business!!

Sold a car with known 2 previous accidents and a branded title meaning odometer rolled back or exact mileage not known. These were not disclosed on purchase. Recently i went get an appraisal for the same car at same dealorship and because of the branded title dealorship oly can offer$500 just 3 years after purchase.! Its value is about half whatvwas purchased for. way more that 500. big scam and illegal sales dishonest business dealings. stay far away. i wouldve never bout the vehicle if i knew any accident or not a clear title...what a rip off. next report is to better biz bureau and scdmv.
