About Colonial Life

Colonial Life has a very nice building. However, the phone tree is very hard to navigate. Access requires a Prisma badge to enter and exit. Security can be sarcastic and mean to non-employees, treating people like they were less than. The company was courteous for community events, like allowing a parking lot for a huge Toys for Tots annual ride.

    The representative was courteous when I finally got to speak to a live person, but the phone tree was very hard to navigate. They company probably does that on purpose, I suppose.
