I recently went in for my first visit as a new patient at Columbia Medical Group. All of the staff were very friendly and welcomed me several times. Dr. Gressette was great and spent a lot of time with me during this first appt. Highly recommend.

I was a new patient for NP Brandon Boyd. He is so kind and took his time showing me around the practice and answering all my questions. Sat and talked with me for the full hour and got to know me! I would have been a patient my whole life if I didn’t have to relocate for my job. Highly recommend NP Boyd.

I went here in September for a regular check up and prescription refill for the first time. Loved my PA Mrs. Jackson. However, I had blood drawn and fainted in the lobby and hit my head. They insisted I get a cat scan in order to leave. I told them I didn’t want to because I know how expensive those can be and I felt fine. They insisted I would not be charged and it wouldn’t go through my insurance. I have received two hefty bills since then and I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me. I have called, left voicemails, and written letters via mail to try get someone to help me with these bills I can not afford.

Dr. Phan is a gem. I felt seen, heard, and understood during our initial visit. She thoroughly reviewed my file and listened to what was presently going on. I have already recommended her to over 5 colleagues and friends.

I started w the Columbia Medical Group several years ago. My Nurse Practitioner Lyndsey Hughes is awesome! She knows her stuff and is very caring with regards to my health and my wife's as well! When I get an appointment, there is never a wait. Very punctual. I will have later this summer my third physical exam. They assisted me when I got kidney stones, a burned hand, back pain etc! So give them a chance, you will be pleased!!

My husband and I had a good visit. We didn't wait long which helped because my husband is impatient. He is a new patient and we were in and out within a hour.Disappointed after one week? Now that I am a patient the they will not call me back in a timely manner. Referred us to a surgeon that doesn't accept our insurance. Thought they would consider insurance acceptability when referring us. Automated phone service is awful! No live person to talk to you have to leave a message for all inquiries. The option to leave message for last names beginning with a-g extension doesn't work it automatically takes you the main menu again, ugh!

This office drives me crazy. You can never get a person to answer the phone, even during office hours. The recording says they're open M-Th at 7:30. The recording is still on during office hours and no one answers. Additionally, no one ever responds to prescription requests from ExpressScripts. I always have to message the Dr office to tell them to approve it. I would call, but no one would answer. When they do call back after leaving a message, it's always after they close, and if you miss the call, you won't be able to return it because no one will answer. I had an issue with billing for a visit that was coded wrong a couple of years ago, and it was a total nightmare. I finally just drove there during my lunch and demanded to speak with the office manager, who was still not helpful. I do like the nurse practitioner that I see, Jennifer Gillis, but the office management has driven me to looking for another provider.

The telephone staff at this office acts as though they are put out by doing the job. Specifically Demetrica is so rude and has the worst costumer service. She should probably stay home rather than come to work with clients that actually need her to do her assigned job.

Had been a patient of this practice in the past but my Doctor left and I let a couple of years goBy until I had a health issue and tried to get back with them boy terribly unprofessional operation now. They clearly say they’re taking new patients so I tried to get an appointment with Dr Mazzola (maybe spelled wrong), 20 minutes in the waiting room couldn’t make it happen, had to leave they said they would call never did, called after a week given office mgr voice mail asked her to call me never did I called her back said she called the wrong number but this Doctor wouldn’t take me on as a patient because of the medication I was on 3 years ago, something smells in Denmark, don’t know if this will be seen by anybody but that practice or Doctor are worthless.

They suck. I called and told them my husband was vomiting and had diarrhea and now they refuse to see him we were kind enough to not want to have this in the clinic due to Covid-19. They suck
