I purchased some earbuds for a Christmas gift however I was suppose to have purchased the Apple AirPods Pro but was handed the wrong product. A manager that was working in the store that particular day grabbed the wrong product which was the Revive Pro earbuds instead of the Apple Pro AirPods. I realized that I had the wrong product as of yesterday when I opened it. The Revive earbuds doesn’t work and plus it’s not even the product that I wanted. I went to the store today and spoke to the District Manager and he said there’s nothing that he can do about it. While in the store I looked at the AirPods and noticed that they have both the Apple Pro AirPods and the Revive Pro mixed in together which is misleading for the consumers. I feel as though I should get a refund or get the correct item that I wanted. Also, I brought in the original receipt along with the wrapping of the earbuds and still didn’t not get anything. The store that I went to is located at 2000 Clemson Rd Suite 13 Columbia, SC 29229. Here are the pictures below of the Apple Pro AirPods and Revive Pro together on the shelf.
