This location is own by Sukar & Sons Inc., who suspect are just another business that sets up shop in poor black neighborhoods to take advantage of these residents. I had no idea what to expect as customer looking to purchase an additional inexpensive phone for my small business. One thing I didn't expect was to be scammed within one day of the purchase without ever using the phone. Apparently, the Store Manager Talley added additional non-authorized charges and item to the purchase. Then when I returned to the store the next day, he never showed up after employees said he coming in. I waited at the store for more than an hour and after speaking the owner and managers. I decided to call Cricket Wireless CS, who told me my only option was to dispute the charges to my credit card company. Wth?

Very bad experience with TALLEY 5-31-2022 never was treated this way at any other Cricket Wireless Retailers before I was charged twice at my bank and also TALLEY told me one price face to face but my DECOVER CARD was totally a higher price then what he quoted me so and TALLEY put one receipt in my phone box that I purchased with my bank card and the receipt for my DECOVER CARD TALLEY did not give it to me at all for me that was not professional at all

Systems were down. When I described the problem with my voicemail, the guy working there said I needed to call customer support because he wouldn't be able to help me with my problem anyway. He said they'd have to harvest my information and then do a factory reset. After doing some Googling, I was able to fix it myself. I just needed to call two numbers to clear my voicemail forwarding (not sure how that happened!) and was able to do it without resetting my phone or talking to a single person over the phone. To be fair to the guy that worked there, the last Cricket location couldn't figure it out either.
