I'm not sure who the pharmacist that answered the phone this morning, but she was not helpful at all. I needed my prescription filled and she tells me that 'she can't break a box or she'll get in trouble'. What? She then tells me to go to another CVS and just buy it over the counter. This is the worst customer service experience when you're not feeling well and need your medication!!!!

CVS is our go to pharmacy, even when they are overwhelmed with customers they still offer superb customer service.

Very disappointed.\\nPulled up at 458pm on Sunday. Waited 13 minutes for the window cashier to take care of the car ahead of us.\\nAt 510 we pulled up to the window to pick up 2 scripts that had already been filled.\\nNothing unusual about this transaction.\\nAt 527 we were finally on our way!

I'm convinced these folks don't know the alphabet. That is IF they're using alphabetical order. I normally start with the first letter, then the second, third and so on. But everybody's different!

Very disappointed! Googled 24hr pharmacy near me and this one populated. Drove 20 minutes here after spending 3 hours in the ER with a sick baby, just to find a big sign in the pharmacy window that says "we changed our hours, pharmacy closed." They need to change the hours online, as well as the 3 huge, lit up, signs that say 24hr pharmacy!
