A decent drug store to shop at, even when not needing anything medical wise; it's becoming more and more like a larger convenience store than a store which focuses on medial needs. It's an interesting time for when you can go to a drug store and walk out with alcohol, chocolates, and even an Easter baskets. I get surprised each time I walk in, seeing what's going to be sold next. The employees who work here are very nice, never get rude with anyone, even when a customer is rude with them. The pricing of some of the medial items could stand to be lowered, but at times, this can be helped when having a cvs membership, which, of course, is free.

Tried to told them that i had insurance and it cover my drugs with 30$ copay, they’re not even check it and end up with pay 3 times of the price .after awhile ( 3 times comeback ) They said they couldn’t do anything cause I’m already check out . I know it was busy and the man just try to get everybody need , but I was extremely tried and have to comeback 3 times to talk about it and look like he doesn’t care much about customers or you could say patient . It Might be right in another industry but with healthcare industry feel like if they are just listen and care a little bit . Everything will much better

My father has Covid and I had to take him out to get seen so he could get a prescription for paxlovid. Took him home so he could be comfortable and then we to get his prescription. Went to this CVS and was told it wasn’t ready, but that it was going to be $1300!!! Drove and parked in the lot, completely flabbergasted… started doing some research… went inside to ask some questions. The woman I spoke with was on the ball… gave me a couple of options. I tried the first and it was a no-go. She called about the 2nd option and after some time, it came through. The medicine was free and she went out of her way to do that.I do not remember her name, but she did go above and beyond to help someone out.If she reads this… from the bottom of my heart, thank you!! ❤️

The pharmacist literally waited until I walked up to say they were closed for lunch at 1:45. When their lunch is from 1:30-2. You were open an additional 15 minutes and waited until someone came up to say you were closed. Not cool I’m in pain and they didn’t care at all. So I waited and the staff is arguing and fighting. So unprofessional. Makes me feel like they only wanted me to wait so they could argue.

I think this was the worst experience I’ve had at CVS. I pulled up to the window to pickup my medication and the pharmacist walked away from the window. The pharmacist came back 2 minutes later and advised they were closed it was only 5:05pm. It was one car behind me the time he took to walk away he could’ve gave me my medication. I only deal with this pharmacy because of my insurance if I had a choice I would go to Walgreens. I’m glad this wasn’t a life or death situation because CVS obviously doesn’t care. Word of mouth is everything and I see CVS pharmacy is a repeat offender of bad customer service.

Usually have no problem with CVS pharmacy but today going through drive-through, I was asked for my drivers license, no problem...had 4 prescriptions all in separate bags which were sent through tube.... I got them one by one out of the tube window but didn't see my drivers license.... I started to ask but opened my door and my license was beside the rear of my car. There was another car behind me. I had to pull up, get out of my car walk around the tube thingy and retrieve my license from the ground. I am 69 with disability. It would have been a nice thing to do, to put all the items in a bag along with my drivers license but the clerk just laid it on top of the 4 small bags. A little effort on her part would have been nice. Due to the pain of retrieving it I was livid and still am.

The guy with blonde hair who works in the pharmacy is terrible. Every time I come in he's working the registers and always acts like he could care less what I need and moves around slower than my grandmother.

I have to say that the young man named Seth that helped us out in the drive thru was very nice and helpful to get my wife's medicine quickly and very professionally. I appreciate great customer service so I thank you for the help.

I rolled up late in the day and they filled my prescription in a super timely manner. They also helped me with a discount card for my prescription. I forgot the name of the young guy who helped me but I could have hugged him. SO NICE.

Daona in the pharmacy department assisted me, she was so patient, did not get frustrated with me trying to find my insurance information at the last minute after I had just finished a mini procedure and was moving slow, she was really nice and Thanks for that.

It’s hard to get anybody on the phone. I called 4 times to check on my prescription and the automated see kept hanging up.
