I'm going to give this CVS on Assembly Street five stars if I could give ten or twenty Stars the cashier Alicia excellent customer service she greeted people as they came in the door she was polite and friendly and very helpful and as you left she invited me back I was in the store in the store 30 minutes and not only did she greet me other customers as well you need to hire more like her great job Alicia keep up the good work

I love the fact that CVS pharamacy has a clinic for small medical issues - I was able to get a same day appointment and my cost was free because I have insurance, Yazmine (nurse prac) was awesome - also its convenient if you need to shop for a few things - so medical visit and shopping all in one visit, and NO work missed. Excellent CVS pharmacy - I deducted 1 star cause your prices are too high - thank you

would leave zero stars if i could! i never leave reviews for chains but cvs has really outdone themselves. extremely unhelpful pharmacy, incorrect closing hours (they do not close at 9), and its all but impossible to reach an actual human being when you call. would absolutely never recommend getting your prescription filled here if you value your time or want a decent experience

I just visited CVS on Assembly. The check out person told us she was in the middle of an order. We waited 10 minutes. No one ever came to the register. She told us to self check out. Then she stood at her register and questioned if we had scanned everything…all while never leaving her position leaning over propped up on the counter. Terrible service. The next person behind us got the exact same treatment.

Pharmacy techs are helpful, but pharmacists themselves are super rude. I’m not hard to please, but I’m shocked at how they speak to customers.

Do not get your DOT physical here. I have virtually no health problems whatsoever and somehow ended up with a restricted medical exam. I found them to be extremely obtrusive and was not evaluated fairly. This is a bad place to get your dot physical.

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff, they never have your medication in stock, and make it basically impossible to transfer to a different pharmacy.
