The staff change has not been for the better. Since a new head pharmacist took over it is a nightmare trying to get medicines filled here. No one knows how to bill certain insurance, the techs act jittery and have poor manners, the pharmacist rolls her eyes whenever she has to address customers, and the wait is usually around 30 minutes these days.

The pharmacy techs and pharmacists at this CVS are ALWAYS friendly, welcoming, and speedy. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my children's RX to be filled. When I call, they answer quickly and whoever picks up is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am extremely satisfied since moving from the Lake Murray Blvd store, so much better!

Great service and great Pharmacists. It is a pleasure to deal with them compared to the regular CVS pharmacies.

I decided to change my pharmacy from WalMart to CVS. When I went in to see if prescriptions for my husband were ready I was told that they only had one prescription. I was referred to the 'Drop Off Window' to inquire. The pharmacy tech was so rude and wouldn't even let me finish answering a question when she kept cutting me off by asking another question. She acted completely put out that I even had questions. If this is what this pharmacy is like to new customers I WILL go some where else.

I've always had a very positive experience here and I've been using their pharmacy for years. I highly recommend them!

This particular pharmacy has the nicest staff of any store, business, restaurant or any other establishment I've ever been associated with. Please try them out. Excellent people.

Awful experience. Had an issue from the start which I should have noticed and transferred right away. The staff always seemed disinterested and as if it was an inconvenience to help you. Great trait to have when you're a pharmacist, right? I get an automated text from Target Pharmacy saying my prescription is ready, I go pick it up and what do you know- it isn't ready. I ask to have it filled, say I will pick it up tomorrow, no big deal. As I'm leaving, the woman calls my name and says they are out of my prescription in the pharmacy and they will have to order it, and the order "already went out for the day" so it won't be here until the following Monday (it was Wednesday). No big deal. Here's the issue I have: it is now Thursday evening, way past Monday, and I have still gotten not one call/text from the pharmacy to tell me ANYTHING about my prescription. And to be fair, these are birth control pills. They have to be taken daily. Anyways, I will be returning to CVS where I should have stayed. Love Target, but I will never recommend their pharmacy to anyone. Also, what kind of pharmacy closes at 7pm during the week? Some people actually have to work for a living.
