The pharmacist on duty during my recent visit went above and beyond to help me. I walked into the pharmacy during closing and the pharmacist Marshall filled my son’s prescriptions for me. He could have easily turned me away until the next business day but instead he assisted me. I let him know that I really appreciated it because my son did really need the meds after finding out he had RSV. Thank you so much for assisting me Mr Marshall. You are very appreciated and may god continue to bless you. Thanks for everything.

I recently picked up a prescription. There was a man ahead of me, he told me to go in front of him because he had already been waiting. The staff had no sense of customer service! I'm a Black Woman, and hate to say this. That group of young Black people, really disappointed me!

There’s no consistency between the staff at this location. Every time I drop a prescription off, the person working will tell me one thing, then when I return, a different employee will tell me something completely different. They constantly blame other staff members that conveniently aren’t working at that time.

Unusual experience! This CVS is staffed by wonderfully helpful folks with amazing attitudes and warm, pleasant dispositions. It is pleasant experience each and every time I shop there.

Went to pick up a medicine that was told me that it would be ready on Jan. 17th. The lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I had to wait 30 minutes. You should not tell a lie when the wait is going to longer than what you are told. The lady just tried to tell me they had been real busy and did not apologize for lying. I do not like to be lied to!!

I tell you what happened to me. I arrived at the store looking for some medicine for my girl who was having a lot of earaches and they were already closing but I managed to get there and the middle floor manager who attended to me but very upset, in the end she didn't give me all the medicines of the two that They only sent and when I told her that it was missing she didn't care. I don't speak English and it was difficult for me to explain myself but I always put the translation on my cell phone and she read it, she ignored me anyway and turned her back on us, she decriminated us and treated us. He didn't even do anything to help and the medicine was for me, a girl. He is an inhuman person, with a lack of education. And this is not from now, he always treats you very badly, I haven't left there because there are other staff who work there who are very good workers, she is the only racist. I think it's one of the worst.

I go to this location from time to time. I always notice different employees on the front line. They are typical associates, stero type people that look like me. AWFUL!! Only decent associates work in the pharmacy. The other locations in town have a better front end staff.

I couldn't get my medicine because they decided they were ready to go home and pulled the blinds at drive through,I was livid, had to go back up there next morning to get medication.I called the . manager and complained. You acted like she didn't really care either, making excuses for them!!
