I see why this location is going out of business!!! TIMOTHY THE SO CALLED STORE MANAGER WAS RUDE AS HELL AND WOULDN’T ASSIST ME WITH A RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT!! CVS HAS A CVS BEAUTY RETURN GUARANTEE WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I had proof that I brought through the cvs app that I brought it. I went to a different location he swiped my card , found the transaction and refunded the item. TIMOTHY IS A VERY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE AND SHOULD NOT BE A STORE MANAGER AT ALL!!! Not even sure is he is a store manager being that incompetent.

I strongly do not recommend this pharmacy or the pharmacy staff except one person. The younger pharmacist refused to let me pay for my husband’s meds. He’s diabetic, has high blood pressure and severe acid reflux. All because a man in the drive up window messed up the order the day before . She said one thing and now other. Poor customer service . They didn’t transfer his much needed meds for weeks , don’t ever pick up the phone and say they’re always short staffed. With the attitude I received today … I don’t blame people for not working there. We will never return and will tell everyone to do the same. Horrible staff!

I love CVS, always have what I need. If it a medication sent by doctor, I can depend on it to know that within an hour I will get a text that my Rx is ready. Store is clean. Customer Service is GREAT, shelves are always stocked. New products are there too. I especially like the miniature cars that they have. Makes me want to start a car collection.

1 call from Walmart to transfer the proscriptions, 2 calls from me and 1 call to customer service and they still not transferred my proscriptions, this kind of service is the reason why I refuse to pick up my proscriptions from CVS period they never fill everything as they should , claim my meds not available till the 30th yet it’s been almost 2 months since last time filled and it’s only 30 and you take daily , poor customer service they need to do better !!!!!

The staff at this pharmacy ( only the actual pharmacy) is far from professional and empathetic to their lack of attention to their customers needs and shows no compassion to fixing their errors. Within the last few times I had to visit this location it has always been an inconvenience and a pain. The pharmacist seems like she is just there for a paycheck and is so out of touch from what her job title actually means.

They work hard i know....
It's hard I know to be a pharmacist at cvs....they are timed.
They just got my much needed medication done in record time...
Thank you CVS...I imagine it's been harder the last few years....stay strong...

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They call to tell you your prescriptions are ready just to make you wait an hour once you arrive to pick them up. They’re also extremely unprofessional and argue with each other in front of customers.

The lady at the front desk who is soo energetic. Acknowledges and greets every customer is not valued enough so what I feel. Give her a raise and don’t lose such awesome employees. They are hard to find who can be soo enthusiastic and amamzing at their work.

My Doctor called in a prescription(insulin) for me on March 1st. The location was suppsed to place an order for it. After at least 3 phone calls, I was told on March 8th that no CVS in the area had it in stock. It wasn't available from them at all. Why did it take a week to find that out. I could have done a mail order prescription as I've done in the past and received it in 3 days. Never again!
