My Doctor called in a prescription(insulin) for me on March 1st. The location was suppsed to place an order for it. After at least 3 phone calls, I was told on March 8th that no CVS in the area had it in stock. It wasn't available from them at all. Why did it take a week to find that out. I could have done a mail order prescription as I've done in the past and received it in 3 days. Never again!

The foreign black man took to long to give my card back at the drive thru. I looked over at him and he had his phone out taking pictures of my card. I confronted him and said give me my cards back. I saw him put his phone back in his pocket. Needless to say I have to order a new debit card now. Don't trust this place anymore. They need to view video of him working. He should be fired. This was 2/17/2024 around 10:30 or 11 am.

This CVS location is got to be the worst location ever they never answer the phone and you go into the store you have someone standing at the counter which is sad why they there if they don't wanna do the job that they are paid to do to be honest just close this location that would help the community and some time seriously

The terrible service at the CVS located at 3055 Btead River Rd in Columbia SC 29210 continues, I went to pick up two drops that were supposedly ready, the main one at the pharmacy with tremendous activity and the name because then I give you what it is not was not, I told her first, you should be ready, second, there are only two, I don't have any more, you can be rough but not that rough, if you don't want to work, there are more waiting outside.

I am at the CVS on the corner of Broad River Road in Saint Andrews Road. I have been sitting at the window for about 20 25 minutes. Staff walked by and look at me, but not one of them have come to the window to assist me or to let me know, there will be a wait the car in front of me said for a while, and pulled off without receiving their medication. It is appear to me that my business here is not welcomed, and the staff is always Unfriendly I will be definitely taking my business elsewhere. If I could get them a zero or a negative grade I would

Not worth the time or money. Get your prescriptions from somewhere else. I've used this pharmacy for years and have watched it go totally downhill. Can't ever talk to anyone on the phone, often waiting 10 even 20 minutes regularly. Messed up medication, shorted pills. Just pathetic. Moving to Publix and never going back!

This pharmacy is the worst. I’ve been shorted pills out of my prescription before at this location in which I had to go back to get the pills I didn’t receive. They’re always super slow, and a lot of times prescriptions are on back order at this location. Today my daughter’s prescription for a surgery she had was on back order. The pharmacist called to say she was transferring all 3 prescriptions to the lake Murray location because they had it there, but only 1 prescription was sent causing me to have to go back to this location to see what happened to the other prescriptions. They also don’t answer the phone.

Drive-thru can be a little behind. But the services is good. Store always have good sales, a ways of gaining points for their products.

I can’t stand this pharmacy. They’re so unprofessional and rude for no reason. Medicine is usually for people with health issues and each person should be treated with care and respect. Take your rx needs elsewhere because CVS could care less about your time or wellbeing in my opinion.

The store clerks are always courteous and helpful. They have very good attitudes and the pharmacy staff (although busy) are the same and they are helpful to answer any questions I have. They are also helpful with helping me choose over the counter medications as well. When I leave the store, I feel like I've been cared for. From the greeting as I enter to the time I exit I've NEVER had a negative experience there in the 8 years I've lived in Columbia.

Typical…held on the phone for 20 minutes and arrived at this store only to wait 35 minutes for them to get prescription ready. All the while someone interrupted the Pharmacist then stood in line for 10 more minutes. Rude and annoying to say the least.
