Pharmacy tech and pharmacist misrepresented material facts about insurance being processed for authorization on elderly patients prescriptions. Called insurance company and learned that not only was the prescription not submitted to the insurance company for an authorization, they lied about the prescription not being covered by insurance. It’s a very sad day when companies prey on the elderly with no regard for their health/ financial wellbeing.

3700 Two Notch Rd is THE WORST drug store EVER!!! Rx drive thru is always closed. I have complained numerous times to the store manager about challanges with pharmacy and all he does is refer you to the GM/DM. I dont understand why HE doesnt report the concerns to the GM/DM. HE is the face of the company/store. He needs to stop letting the pharmacy drag his ass down with the ship! Demand better on the behalf of the community!!!!

Doctor called prescription into this pharmacy 1st. When we informed him of the one we needed it called into he did so. Went to pharmacy to get prescription but they wouldn't issue it due to it being called into the 1st location. Called the 1st pharmacy to cancel prescription but automated system required us to leave a message. A hour and half later still no call while my son is in severe pain. Unacceptable.

This location has turned to garbage. By law the pharmacy drive-thru is supposed to be operational. There is no notifications no warnings and for those who could be handicapped and can't get out of the vehicle to stand in line inside.

This is the laziest and most lackadaisical pharmacy in all of Columbia. The pharmacy is too lazy to call in and verify my husband's insurance and in turn are holding his asthma medications hostage.

I called this pharmacy to see if they could fill my daughters prescription as our usual pharmacy had it on back order. They told me they did. I called the doctor's office and had the prescription moved here. I come in the next day a was told that medication has been on back order for months. To top it off the pharmacist had an open discussion about a customers very private medication. The customer was very upset as he should have been. Avoid this one like the plague.

These people are disgustingThey show no compassion. There customer service sucks. This pharmacy is TRASH. Shanya at the pharmacy is just a tech I called to get SEIZURES MEDICATION FILLED A DAYPRIOR TO MY LAST FILL. SHE SAID MY DOCTOR WROTE ON PRESCRIPTION THAT IT COULDN'T BE FFLILL UNTIL THE ACTUAL DAY it was FILLED LAST MONTH. I spoke my doctor and she said that was a LIE. This place is disgusting. I don't know what or who they think they are. It's disgusting and cvs needs to do better hiring these people who think they are pharmacist or DOCTOR BUT THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE ONLY TECHS. DO BETTER CVS.
