The phone line to the pharmacy is a joke! There is no option to speak with a person, the line will just hang up on you. I would love to be able to just check on meds for my cat, but guess not!

Went in to get passport photo. The first person definitely didn't want to help me. Second guy was nice took my picture with his iPhone after looking for the camera for 20min. Them he tried to get his phone to sync with the machine for 10 min. And its more money to not have these photos printed just emailed.

I have been coming to the Forest Drive 711-pharmacy location for 10 for years now and always had a wonderful experience. The staff was so professional and they felt like family. They even knew my family and I by name.
I always held this pharmacy to high regard Now…they have a tech named Emily with the most disgusting and unprofessional attitude. Every time I go to pick up my prescription, I have to deal with her nasty attitude. She acts like I’m a nuisance. Her tone of voice and demeanor comes off like she doesn’t want to be there.
I stood in line and observed her being nasty to everyone picking up their medication. Most were elderly so I’m pretty sure they just accepted the unsatisfactory treatment.
Come on CVS Forest Drive……you can do better. I know there maybe a shortage of pharmacists but that doesn’t mean CVS should hire any person back there to help the pharmacist out. She is the first encounterer to your pharmacy and it’s horrible. I am surprised Emily hasn’t gotten into an argument with a customer yet. Like I said I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 10 years. I hate to leave and go somewhere else where professionalism is valued. It is even sad if CVS allows this type of employee to represent their business. I want to deal with someone who shows compassion towards myself and my child when we are sick.
Rhonda Wynn, the pharmacist at this location please know you have the most rudest employee at this location. I really hope you didn’t hire this piece of work.

I’m giving a 1 star because there isn’t a way to get in touch with the pharmacist or the staff to ask simple questions. You have to go through a 5 minute life history teleprompter menu just to be forced to leave a voice mail to hopefully be called back within an hour. I drove all the way to the pharmacy to check if my sons medicine was ready and it was not…it was supposed to be transferred from Walgreens the day before, but I received no communication from the CVS team to let me know if everything was done, and I couldn’t call to see if it was (it’s our first - AND LAST - time using this pharmacy). I had two options, sign up for a freaking app or leave a message. When I got there I asked if there was a direct number and the young lady said the whole thing about leaving a message…am I crazy to want to speak to someone when I call?? Because that’s how she looked at me. It’s extremely frustrating because they didn’t seem to care at all about my son’s medicine, didn’t offer any suggestion or solutions to follow up with Walgreens to get his medicine rx. Bye.

Pharmacy is very slow and seem to not tolerate kids sitting down in the waiting area (but yes loud ladys talking while in the line) so if they're not kid friendly maybe they should hurry up and not be so slow plus there was just 1 person there when there should at least be 2 this store does not have drive-thru pickup ! Do better ??

I am new in town and had to switch insurance companies and Pharmacies'. Ms. Michelle Mayer the Pharmacist made me very welcomed to the CVS and corrected errors that I had made on getting my scripts filled at another facility. She worked diligently to fill the rx's I needed. Michelle and staff went above and beyond to make a superb customer service experience. Thank you so much. PS
