Used this pharmacy for years. Apparently new staff and after comments and attitudes earlier this week they won’t see me again. Unfortunately nobody will care but they won’t get another dime from me. Too many other choices where you don’t jet treated like you were just another annoyance in their day.

Suzanne who works in the pharmacy was extremely helpful and very nice. She did some magic and my prescription went from $1,000 to $24.95 for one month. You can't ask for better than that!

I give them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. You can't speak to a person on the phone to find out if your prescriptions are ready and they do NOT call or message you when they are ready, so you have to go in person if you don't have the info THEY are supposed to have and hope it is ready

The manager at this store refused to return items I bought from another although I had a receipt. What kind of craziness is this?? To add it was being returned the same day I purchased it from the other store. The customer service at this store sucks!! Please hire more competent people. What a waste of a CVS store!

This is the worse CVS and would change the location of any RX I needed to pick up to another one in hopes of finding a place that understands what they are doing, has better customer service and knows how to communicate effectively. Also today I go to the window and they say have to come in to do the exact same thing I did at the window and there were 5 people all standing around confused. I have yet to go to this location and not have a problem. I don’t know if reviews matter to them, because nothing has improved with all the reviews listed. At some point you have to address these issues of extremely horrible customer service.

Got there a few minutes before their lunch. Let me wait in line for 5 minutes when I was the next in line then they told me they were closed for lunch. Why didn't they say that instead of letting me stand there until I was about to be waited on? Pretty shitty of the pharmacy staff. Time to find a new place to get my prescriptions.

Monica in the pharmacy is awesome. After Walgreens pharmacy closed down while customers were in line to have lunch at KFC , I made the switch to CVS and haven’t looked back.

Received text stating meds were ready. Got to store, after waiting in drive through 25 minutes was told prescription wasn't ready. They would fill while I wait, or I could come back. No way was u coming back when you said it was ready. She then said I had other coerage and they were denying coverage. Whoever the guy was with long dreads came over and I said, no other coverage. He slammed windows in my face. By the way it was 1:30 by now and they were closing for lunch. RUDE people.

This pharmacy gives all CVS branches a bad name. Expect long lines, no answer to your phone calls & very little communication

Really bad service, I had my doctor send in prescriptions and they didn’t fill it till 3 days later and had me wait an hour then had me wait longer just to tell me to buy it, I had to buy my medication that was already payed for I just needed to pick it up but they were incompetent enough to do their job.

Was downtown when the doctor put in the prescription, when I arrived I could see many customers looked irritated, and I knew I was probably going to be angry as well and they didn't disappoint. They told me to return in 1hour because they didn't have it ready in their screen. I returned an hour later to many more angry waiting faces mine amongst them.

This CVS is the worst one I have ever been to. I was very sick today and needed my meds. I knew better but told the physician to use them because they are one mile from my house. Mistake!!! Drive thru closed. Go inside and long long line. My medications had been ordered at least 5 hrs prior. Get to front and they say are not ready come back. The people working were talking and laughing abut stuff in no hurry at all. I had to go home and then return later. I had tried calling 3 times and was on hold for 59 minutes last time and decided to drive up there. Worst pharmacy ever! Do yourself a favor and use Hardscrabble or another.
