This pharmacy time and time again proves itself to be the literal worst pharmacy. It’s so chaotic. Everyone is so lazy. They are not organized at all on two separate occasions they put the wrong medication in the correct medication bottle. Me being a nurse I caught this. This is extremely dangerous. The staff is extremely rude and I have never ever been to this pharmacy and not had to wait at least a half hour for medication‘s or to even get to the counter.

Slowest and least caring pharmacy staff ever. They can never find prescriptions on the first try. I don't know if their organization system is that bad or if they just struggle. There is no sense of urgency to help customers. No acknowledgment or “hey sorry for the wait folks”, nothing. Took 15 min for me to move up one spot. I LOVE the Landy’s Pharmacy next door but there is one medication they can not get and so I am forced to go to CVS and it is a miserable soul crushing experience every time.

The absolute worst CVS store in existence! The cashiers at the front are typically rude and focused on their personal conversations. The inventory is almost always lacking. And the absolute worst part of the store is the pharmacy. They are consistently, rude, slow, and completely unprofessional.Drive a little further and find a different CVS would be my recommendation.

Visited this location to give new ins info, and the staff was too busy talking about their weekend plans. Employees OFF the clock were standing around talking to employees on the clock the MANAGER (or who I assume was the manger) acted as if she could NOT stop what it was she was doing to help. She said "If I stop I'll never finish, and I have to get this done" MEANWHILE she's still holding conversations with employees off the clock that have nothing to do with work. Just nasty attitudes all together!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The pharmacy team is very rude and give you the run around about meds you are paying for. The dark skin young African girl with the purple wig (bright colors always) is very nasty and mean.My mom and I had to walk out of this place after waiting over an hr for my meds (that never got filled) tonight before I lost my cool on these idiots here.

Literally are holding my prescription hostage. Never in my life. This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of life and judging by the reviews, it would appear that I’m not alone!! GET NEW MANAGEMENT

Wait almost 20 minutes before hanging up on the Pharmacy. Time wasted for a question if a prescription was in stock.

Dawn in management sucks. She’s a bully which is why the store is always short staffed. The store is not running properly, they never have any workers, and the overall store operation is a joke. Please replace management or provide more training. I think corporate should look into this store like a really long time ago.

One star is too much! Absolutely, positively the worst pharmacy we have ever used....and we will never use it again. My wife has called and the phone rings for 45 minutes straight...nobody ever picked up. She was calling about a prescription....so she got in the car and drove there. The line was terribly long....she was told "We don't have time to pick up the phone, so we don't answer phone calls". When you do get in line after waiting for long periods of time, they tell you to wait. Her recent prescription for RSV inhaler and cough syrup showed "IN PROCESSING" for three days. No emails, nothing, no answering phone calls. Finally, after three days she called CVS Corporate and told them about this pharmacy. When she said that she was told by them that they do not answer their phones, the Corporate person couldn't believe it and said "Please hold, I'll get back to you". After holding for 10-15 minutes, she came back and said "Your prescription will be ready to be picked up as soon as you get there". Apparently she found out that they didn't answer their phones....got hold of them, and got some action. I went down to pick up the prescription and waited for 40 minutes in the drive-thru and got the inhaler. When I asked about the cough syrup they said it was out of stock. I asked when they would get it in and the window person said in three more days. Pure garbage CVS...We are now looking for another pharmacy and will never be back here again. If you can, find another place. Publish every review you can on this pharmacy...they need to be out of business. This was just a review on our latest experience which pushed us over the edge. Prior to this we have had the same experiences with the "No answering the phone".

The worst experience at a pharmacy ever. I waited 36 minutes to find out they didn’t have my prescription ready even though I received a text message that it was ready. Then I had to move to the drop off line only to wait another 9 minutes before I finally gave up. 45 minutes and still no prescription! ? I’ll never go there again. EVER. I wish I could give no stars.

Whole store stinks! Very dusty and dirty products throughout the store halfway opened . Pharmacy staff are rude! Not to mention management from the front store is awful.

Doctor office had sent in prescription at 10:00 am and 4:20pm they had not filled my prescription , that was on November,29, 2023 and when asked what’s the hold up they were very nasty. , Today December 8, 2023 another prescription was called in at 3:45pm and now’s it’s 9:00pm and I can forget about that blood pressure medication tonight and it seems this has a problem with customer care and service with a smile is quite out of there professional range, poor service, poor customer care and definitely no personal concern for the customers well being , when you call, they keep you on hold and may answer or they may pick up and hang up the phone, you can tell they are not interested in talking , they stand there rolling there eyes and looking in another direction, or just talking to another associate behind counter, Nasty, Nasty attitudes, if you don’t want to work , GET Out but you need to be replaced and corporate should investigate this store

Always a long line for the pharmacy. Then when you call and are waiting it says use the app. Heed this warning: some meds they will not refill via a request on the app even if it says it is getting it ready for you. Controlled medications will not be refilled unless you speak to a person via phone or in person. The app is useless for those. The poor pharmacist is very nice and the staff members are nice as well. It's not their fault but CVS CORPORATE needs to hire more people for this PHARMACY. I'm surprised these poor people haven't quit yet because I'm sure they hear the barrage of complaints and it's nothing they can help. I realize there is a medication shortage but this store has a staff shortage in the pharmacy and CVS CORPORATE needs to address it.
