I worked with Travis to get a new Cardo Packtalk Edge. I made an appointment on the Cycle Gear website and it worked like a charm. I arrived a bit late. The unit was in stock and allocated to me. Travis installed the unit in my helmet in about five minutes, configured the unit to the Cardo app on my phone and I am ready to ride. I highly recommend Cycle Gear Columbia and Travis.

I don't go in as often as I used to. My local CG store is in a very inconvenient location. Nonetheless, when I do, there’s seems to always be a new inventory of products. I appreciate that because I never get bored shopping at CG. However, the most important thing to me is the customer service aspect; especially of my local CG store. I literally feel like family as soon as I enter the building! In fact, I’ve grown so close to one of the managers over the years that we’ve hung out on several occasions outside of the store and we are great friends. I’ve not been in the store for several months, so when I entered yesterday, he came over to greet me literally with open arms! I love my local CG; I just wish it was in a better location. Thanks for providing the gear I need to be safe during my two-wheeled addiction…I mean adventures, and the unparalleled customer service and support to go with it!?

The best, had not had costumer service like that in years. The employees were incredible. Cycle City has a asset in two employees they need to recognize and appreciate, i will make sure to go to cycle for all my cycle needs.

Jessica Chappel was amazing with everything. Conversation, detail, very knowledgeable with the gear, very informative. Very professional and loved the bubbly demeanor! Definitely, worth the service!

Great customer Service!!! Travis at the St Andrews Store in Columbia SC is extremely knowledgeable and always provides amazing customer service. I always check Cycle Gear first when buying gear.
