I hate to do this to a neighbor business but forced to. I came in during my lunch break to grab a vape pen. Even though the price is higher then the other places I've been the staff has always been nice and its conveniently located next to where I work. Paid for my vape pen and was on my way. I tested the vape pen in the store and it was fine. As soon as i got to the light behind the store it started tasting funny and no flavor. no problem went back and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. If that is your policy that's fine however now you lost a customer who always comes to you and now I will tell the other employees not to come. You rather lost business from someone who has worked 8 years on killian rd over a vape pen. Thanks for taking my $15 dollars and me not receiving product or a great experience.I will change this review if something is done or im compensated my money back. I will always give a business a chance to make things right. If not I will leave this here.

1 star is too much...They sold me a product that wasn't what I wanted, the wattage wasn't what I needed the guy behind the counter said it was. The battery was internal, something they didn't mention and unfortunately I didn't ask the right questions. They would not help me correct the issue before I left the store.

Been in here at least 5 times, only met one friendly employee. Blonde dude has been rude everytime I've gone in without fail and will definitely be the reason I won't be back again

Sent a friend to go get the sale they had for the Juicy Bar (2 for 30) but he only got one by mistake so I went back in, which was less than 5 minutes, and told the clerk of his mistake, She said sorry there is nothing we can do. I mean the was less than 5 minutes before. She simply said nope and walked away and grabbed her drink and started slurping it down and shook her head, shrugged and said sorry, there is nothing I can do. Guess I will tell all my friends who I have been sending here to go else where.....

Went in the store today because the one I normally go to in Blythewood was closed. I had been using the device and it’s been making my head hurt and is extremely strong. Decided to look closer and realized it is a bootleg device, not even a real ELF BAR. I bought “Red Mojito” but it’s “Red MoGito”. Thing has my head hurting. Guess I’ll just order online til my store opens back up. This was sad.Wouldn’t let me add the photo of the device, so added it as a photo. Crazy..
