First time I've been too this one. I live near Charleston, so I always go to the one at Northwoods. This one is more spacious, or at least seems so. All of the great Simply Southern items I love. Warning: shoddy cell/internet service in the store. Makes trying to turn on your card through an app difficult if not impossible inside the store.

I was purchasing a key set , and one of key chains had my initial on it ( I didn’t notice it) and I had already purchased the set so I asked to just pay again for the Initial key chain and the women said no . And had a attitude . She also rushed me to purchase my items because she had to go do something else . This was at 4:45 and they don’t close till way later so I was confused why she was so disrespectful about it . It may have been a lot to do but as a employee it shouldn’t matter I know I don’t act like that at my job . ?
