Great deal on a new ride. Ebony in sales was exceptional. She put me in a truck I only dreamed about before. We showed the offer to another dealership and they asked, "why'd you not take it?" So we jumped back in with both feet. Great overall buying experience

My $1,950.00 parts order has not been completed in over 2 weeks. I contacted the company through live a chat and was told that they will contact me. After no response; again, I requested service via multiple e-mail requests. After a third week of waiting (5 days of steadily contact), customer service has not responded to any of my requests. This has led me to believe that I should not have trusted Midland Toyota nor it's customer 's reviews. Now, I have to spend time writing to outside review sites and filing a report with Michigan Small Claims Court and Michigan consumers protection agency. I've talked with my attorney. And will need to order from other company. Such a waste of time.

Sales person was unscrupulous. Lied on many occasions. Promised to fix a few things on a used vehicle but refused to put it in writing as promised. Lost copies of my paperwork multiple times. Had wrong info on the vehicle in the paperwork. Told me it was Certified Pre-Owned which was absolutely NOT true! Told me they were losing money on the vehicle, but lowered the price for me multiple times to save the sale.. Would not even provide a 90 day warranty. Super shady all around. Doors didn’t close properly and third party mechanic told me to walk away and glad I did. Salesperson also tried coercing me into running my credit when I provided my own financing which is also illegal. Maybe buying a new car from here wouldn’t be so bad but used was super sketchy.

James Neeley in sales was fabulous. Soft-spoken, patient with all my questions, willing to admit when he wasn’t sure and then find answers, and zero pressure. Todd, in finance, was a different story. Tons of pressure and zero patience bordering on absolutely rude. If it weren’t for the car being exactly what I wanted, I would have walked away from the deal.

I took my car into Midland Toyota on Friday September 7th for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for Victor Torres who was busy at the time. So Daniel was kind enough to start the ticket for. Victor. I was very pleased with the team work that was displayed. This was not the first time Daniel has assist when Victor was busy with another customer.Once Victor was freed he came over and told me what recommendations the technician said was needed.Thanks Victor and Daniel for your professionalization and always caring for your customers. I called the parts department-- first call, was placed on hold, no big deal, after 8 minutes I hung up. Called back 10 minutes later, was told, "hold," 6 more minutes, hung up. Called back, "hold," and again 2 more times but not told hold those times. The phone was picked up, and then hung up. Called back and a gentleman picked up the phone and asked me why I kept calling back? Well, sir, I was placed on hold and then hung up on!! He stated they were extremely busy and he just wanted to know why I kept calling. I told him, "No problem I can take my services to another Toyota dealership," and he said, "That's just fine." Here's the thing, I work in a trauama center, I understand busy. But I also understand communication and respecting my patients enough to give an explanation of wait times because time is valuable. To be hung up, and then to be basically told, go somewhere else, I have a problem with that. If you do not have customer service, do not work in the industry. A better option for picking up a phone during a busy period would be, "Hey, let me get your number and we can call you back, might be later this afternoon, but someone will get to you!" Terrible customer service, terrible!

Had a great experience busying a Rav 4 for my daughter. Selling a car to a salesman is not easy. Special shout out to Daniel Verdura. He made it easy for us and a smooth transaction. Highly recommend him due to his courtesy and professionalism during the buying process.

Had purchased my vehicle back in May with very specific but simple buying instructions that were not met. I met with the my salesman and the sales manger was around and knew the detail to my purchase as well, they seemed to communicate with me and understand what I wanted, since I was also trading in my car. Trading in the car was the easy part. It was when I went to pick it up that night, they had put their dealer sticker on (which I specified not to) when they took it off they scratched the paint in two areas very deep. They prepared the paperwork incorrectly when I had spoken to them 3 times about and one just a couple hours prior to picking it up. This caused them to have to rerun my credit, I was than given a different payment plan (more than previous) and my interest was also up. I was very open with moving and going to a different location and at this point it is like they did not listen to a word I said they were just looking for the sale. I had to finish with a different finance person since the one who did my paperwork (incorrectly) was not there. This gentleman explained everything that the salesman, manager and first finance guy should have done. I did get a one on one the next day with the sales manager, they did try to make it right for me and I did accept the offer however it was a hassle to get that done. It also did seem that the sales manager was trying to blame me for the trouble with the paper work. Those gentlemen did live up the the typical car sales stereotype.

Highly disappointed does not even begin to express the level of upset I am with this business. I was looking to purchase a vehicle. I'd been in contact with Daniel who had advised me that the vehicle was at the dealership and available. I rearranged my entire weekend schedule and had a friend come with me for the what was supposed to be an hour and a half drive to the location but was about 30-40 min longer due to weather and traffic. I even called Daniel to make sure the vehicle was still there while we were on the way, and we were advised it was. We got there and Daniel was assisting another customer which was fine. We attempted to get help and could not get it. Another sales rep pointed us in the direction of where the SUV should have been, we did not find it. We asked another representative who said that it would be in another location but that she'd look to see if it were still there. Never saw her again. An HOUR later we managed to get another salesperson's attention who physically went to look for the car. He came back after not finding it and told us that Daniel had told him it was out for a test drive and that it could be 20-30 minutes before it got back. Another person (who I assume was a manager of some sort because when we initially arrived, he'd stated that we'd have to wait because he'd had 4 Salespeople call out today), came out not even a full minute and stated that the car was in fact loaned out to a customer because hers was currently being serviced. LIVID is putting the rage I felt nicely. Especially since the vehicle had also been loaned out for about a week at this point!This was a waste of a day and our time. POOR customer service and INCOMPETENT/INCONSIDERATE employees. We waited for an HOUR to see a car that we were told was there and wasn't!Don't shop here. Take your business elsewhere.

Service department here is slow for simple oil change. Pricing is also questionable. Sold me two break rotors to replace for $381. Their own parts web site sells them for $70 each, $140 total if I was to buy from their web site. More than doubled the price

My experience is this: I placed an online order for several items totaling almost $140. My order number is 440454 . I received the order in 2 days, which was really fast! It came in a 2’ x 2’ x 2’ large box. Inside the box was the oil filter housing, an oil pan drain plug and 6 drain plug washers. MISSING were the 6 oil filter elements for my 2018 Tundra. I have contacted Midland by email, online chat and by phone. All said they would have the parts department get back with me. So far I have heard nothing. I am disappointed by the inaction as I see there are many good reviews for this dealership. If the parts manager is reading this please send me my 6 oil filter elements!UPDATE: Brian, the parts manager called me personally this morning. He could not have been more apologetic. He rectified the mistake made on their end by overnighting the missing filters and included a little something extra. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Honest mistakes happen but when a company goes above and beyond to make it right then they earn high praise! I highly recommend Midlands Toyota! They are a 5 star dealership!

Amber Suber offered PHENOMENAL customer service, and worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Although I ultimately bought from another dealer, I can't say enough good things about Midland's Toyota! From the minute I began communications with them, and even after I informed them I was purchasing elsewhere, everyone I talked to was AMAZING!

Friendly staff, great inventory. We had a very pleasurable buying experience at Midlands Toyota. Bought a used vehicle and the process was very smooth. After we left we found a problem with the car; and in the end the dealership did everything they could to fix the problem and make everything right.
