The people I have had the opportunity to meet at this dealership have all been extremely kind and willing to help in anyway they can. There inventory for sale are always nice very good mileage when used. Anything that has any question of being nice or having high mileage they send straight to the auction to sell so they can purchase nice cars to sell. They also are probably the only Ford Dealership in South Carolina that keeps for sale in inventory new HD trucks from F250 up to F750 with awesome extras already on the truck so u don’t have to have it done afterwards. Anyway go check these guys out. You won’t be disappointed. My affiliation with the dealership is I have a trucking company that hauls there vehicles mainly to the auction for them. So check them out. Incredibly rude staff. You tell them what's wrong and they treat you like an idiot for telling them what's wrong and what you would like fixed. All for them to tell you exactly what you just said like you didn't know already and end up fixing it anyway. Insufferable. I paid over $300 to get a new key fob, it didn't work. I came back just for them to finally fix the key fob. Do you not test it before sending us out?

My family loves this place, the maintenance dept is awesome, specifically Giovanni! He gave the absolute best service to my father in law and continues to exceed our expectations. We highly recommend!

This remains the worst service department I've ever seen. Scheduled an appointment to diagnose and fix my rear defroster. They refused to honor the appointment THEIR OWN WEBSITE made and said it would require them to keep the car for at least 2 weeks just to run the diagnostic check. Do yourself a favor and avoid anything with Dick Smith in the name. Any shade tree mechanic with access to YouTube could do a better job.

The service is not prompt, they forgot to get back with me for a parts quote on a vehicle once upon a time, they also attempted to sell me a part that was damaged inside the box and the box had been opened prior to payment so they had to have noticed the damage to the part assumably because the box was opened already.

John Long went out of his way to help us find the truck we needed at a affordable price ! He was awesome to work with and we greatly appreciate his kindness! The fian. Manger got us approved in less than 30 min and was great !!!

Anthony was great! The mobile van makes it very convenient for the customer. Gave them a 4-star review only because if after several months, had I not gone to check on the status of this recall, I'd still be waiting. The technician who inspected my vehicle months ago and ordered the part said, "we'll call you when the part comes in". I'm not sure who he meant when he said, "we'll call you". He left for other employment and because of this, no one called....seems like a pretty lose way to do business.

Since I always know what I want Doug was the perfect salesman for me, unlike the people at j rhymes with e. There was no pressure or nonsensical jargon like "we got a lot in this vehicle." When I purchased the SUV it was immaculately cleaned and fully fueled. If you're in the market you should pay these guys a visit.

Staff was very polite and helpful. This is the second time I had to bring the vehicle in for a missing lug nut in less than 6 months. When the oil was changed and tires rotated apparently the lug nuts weren't properly checked to make sure they were secure because now two have been replaced. I had to tighten the ones on the back right wheel before bringing the vehicle in to get a missing lug nut replaced today. Hopefully they checked all the lug nuts as requested and I won't have to go back again for the same problem.

I had my big @$$ truck in for a service the other day and was so happy. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up when they called. I am back because of the old/new service manager
