The mechanic service was horrible , I had made it to the other side of town just to get a phone call saying they forgot to put my center cap back on the hubcap . The service before this the didn't put my air cap on my tire. Every time after getting service my heat is full blasting sometimes the A.c be blasting the seats cold or hot temperature full blasted. Makes me scared to go back. This is the tire pressure they did

It was the worst expense I ever had with getting my vehicle service and I have receipts. I paid $5,300 for a transmission that still has a flaw in it. Upon me telling them about the issue they told me that when you get a transmission replacement you don't receive a new transmission you receive a remanufactured/rebuilt one but I was told I was getting a new transmission in the beginning. If you can go to another Nissan to get your vehicle service I implore you to please do that because this is not my first time having an issue with them this is my second and by far the worst and will most definitely be the last time.

If I could leave no stars I would !!!!! This place is TRASH! The management is extremely rude and disrespectful! A man named Ross who they say is a manager is very disrespectful he not professional at all . They always give you the run around at the shop my car was there for a week and all I wanted done was a piece from the bottom of my car lifted because it was hanging when I came to pick it up a week later it was still hanging !!!!! VERY VERY bad customer service !! I do not recommend I will never go there again for nothing!

Firestone gave me Warrenty on my AC Compressor that I had them replace which failed. I had the car sent over to Nissan to fix it they held my car for a week fixing it and once it was fixed They would not release my vehicle because the Firestone payment hadn't cleared. They wouldn't accept credit card payment over the phone from a reputable company so they required ACC a transfer. Fast forward a payment take 3-4 days to process here we are 5 days later after me calling and harassing them they informed me that the payment wasn't done correctly on someone's end and now I have no car for the July 4th weekend and haven't been to work in almost a month now. I'm totally disgusted with this place they treat you good to reel you in and the F@$ you my advice is not to come here for anything they over charge and do not care about there customers.

I left my 2017 Nissan Maxima to be service. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I should not have been charged for the tire rotation since I purchased my tires from Nissan. When Rick, my service tech found out he called me and immediately offered a refund. This is what I call superb customer service. He did not have to call or even pay attention to the error but he did. Rick is who my husband and I call and go to every time we need our vehicles serviced. His professionalism is amazing. Thank you Rick @ Dick Smith Nissan on Two Notch Road!!

I was only there for an oil change today but I was pleased with my service. I went through the Express service lane and my car was ready in about an hour . Considering how busy they were my wait time was not bad at all.

The wife and I had the best new car buying experience ever. This was our third new vehicle from Dick Smith Ford. Our sales representative, Matthew K***, is always professional, courteous, and the reason we keep coming back. Lee G****** in finance finalized the paper work with ease, no pressure, and was a pleasure to work with. A shout-out to the folks in the service department for helping us solve the cell phone connection to the vehicles navigation, excellent service. Everyone involved made the whole process enjoyable.

I had the worst experience with car service at this place. I went there Monday March 15 to get my ac fixed. I already knew that it was going to be expensive. I was told that it would be 1969.72 to fix my ac went for the compressor. I spent almost everything on that because I can't afford another car. I pick up my car that same day and the air seems to work fine but it made a weird noise but the ac still worked. Literally a week later the ac goes out again. I take it up there to have them look at it again they find another problem which was going to cost me any an extra 1200. My car service repair guy Daniel C George Was very unhelpful and could care less about what I had going on. He seemed annoyed when I asked how is something else wrong with it and you guys didn't know that or tell me that the first time. He even put me on hold in the middle of me explaining to him what was going on. I truly believe this place scammed me cause I paid 1900 dollars for a week of service. Only for them to tell me I had to pay something else not even a week later. Do not spend your money here and do not be helped by Disney C George.
