This store does not deserve any stars. I selected the first star because I had to! Tonight my son was running a fever and feeling ill so I was in desperate need of medications. My arrival time was 8:53pm and to my surprise the store doors were locked. Ii saw two cashiers standing at the counter near the register so I began to knock on the doors. One of the cashier told me that the store closed at 9pm. So, I thought maybe my clock was incorrect and I walked away. As I left the store adjacent to the Dollar General, I witnessed a rather unsettling incident. A Caucasian man approached and forcefully knocked on the door, insisting that it be opened due to the late hour. The cashier, seemingly intimidated by his demeanor, complied and unlocked the door, allowing him entry. However, after permitting his entrance, she promptly secured the door once more.
Shortly thereafter, an African American man, distinguished by his dreadlocks and appearing to be around 25 years old, arrived and also knocked on the door. The cashier, adhering to her earlier decision, informed him that the store was closed for the night. This scenario raises significant concerns regarding the dynamics of race and privileges. Particularly in the African American community we are racist amongst one another! I was saddened and very upset which is why I had to make this complaint!

I went there today 11/28/24 at 8:50 pm and the doors were locked. They are supposed to close at 9pm.Two females were in there at the register, who both are employed there. Not even 2 minutes later a caucasian man walked up, tried to open the door, he banged on the door, pointed to his watch and they opened the door. Immediately a young man who was denied entry earlier, tried to go in got denied a 2nd time and the doors were locked. This is very unprofessional and those ladies should be fired. I didn't want to play the race card but it's clear as day what happened.

I would’ve loved to shopped at the store that claims that it opens at 8 AM. Left the parking lot at 8:10, still not open.

Employees that do show up are overworked, under paid and visibly agitated. Prices have creeped up some, but still reasonable

Had a horrible experience with associate Tia. She was so RUDE and was NOT HELPFUL at all. We bought several things for school and had to split the receipt for reimbursement. She rang up the garbage bags we bought on both receipts. We came back to correct the matter but she refused to hear us saying that we are confusing and that we should speak to a supervisor the FOLLOWING DAY because she was sure she did it correctly. We came back the following day and was asked to wait again for 20 minutes because they have to review the video. Thankfully, we were refunded but it was the rudeness of the associate that was really troubling. The incident could have been handled way way nicely.

Please check the price of the product before you pay and ask they share the price at the register. You'll find out that they're overcharging you for items. Be careful you don't get ripped off. Never going here again.

Pleased to shop here and actually find what I was looking for at an affordable price. About a month ago I found these rubber bands at The Dollar General in my area and they have not had any for weeks. Therefore. I have driven to over 5 Dollar General Stores and 1 Office Supply store for this item. AMAZON's price was higher with shipping.Today, with the great assistance of a patient clerk, we located these rubber bands. I bought all 5 pkgs they had on the shelf.No complaints. Satisfied customer.

This location is horrible they closed before nine o clock p.m. a employeed got dropped off came back and clocked out and went home. They seen us come to the door the were in the back of the store I seen a female there she didn’t want acknowledge anyone was there
