This day, December 22, my visit to
the store was not a good experience. The employees were nice, but the store was horrible. They had boxes everywhere and the shelves weren’t stocked. These pictures are of the clean isles.

This Dollar Tree was so messy & cluttered! Boxes everywhere & lots of empty shelves. The associate at the register was very nice but this store need a deep cleaning!

Young man in management is so nice. They didnt have the slime popcorn and lunch bags. They need help with putting up stock and store is a little out of order.

Hello. Veryyy disappointed with my experience at your location at 10050 Two Notch Rd Suite 2 Columbia SC. I went into the store to get items to make gift bags for my sons class. There were these toy items on the wall for $1 each!! It stated the price clear as day just like the items that are $1.25, $3, and $5. I took all 16 toy items leaving just the one you will see in the picture. I continue to shop and had about $50 worth of items. I get to the register and the toy items rung up $1.25 I had 16 of them and told both cashiers that they were on the wall for $1. They refused to give me the items for the price that was LISTED. That is poor customer service especially for a mistake your store made not me. I do feel the situation could have been resolved better. The customer isn’t always right HOWEVER the price was listed $1 for alllll the toy items so I should have been given the items for $1

Shelves were pretty empty, but they had carts of products in boxes just nobody restocking. The carts were blocking the cleaning and laundry supplies, so if nobody is restocking why have the carts out in the store anyway...
