This has to consistently be the worse location in the world and lacks management. It’s junky and unorganized w/ sparsely stocked shelves and full boxes always stacked around w/ needed merchandise. I visit my family here every yr and stay couple months and this location just gets worse so I go in Dollar General near by but my preference is to drive to the Dollar Tree location near the Walmart in West Columbia; the shelves are fully & neatly stocked with large variety of items I didn’t even know Dollar Tree sells and resembles the website, I call the West Columbia location the Dollar Tree’s Saks 5th Ave store. Again, this location just gets worse, all locations matter regardless of the location/neighborhood so I blame the company for allowing the condition there to continue.

There’s no way you can run a business and your store is not open for the operating hours. You have people sitting in their cars waiting is 931 and store opens at 9 employee here but manager isn’t this is unacceptable.

Looked a worker in the face at 836am and he didn’t open the door. Apparently the store wasn’t open yet but hours posted say 8am - 10pm

Might be the rudest employees I have ever seen. I come from the school of "if you don't like your job then quit". They should all quit. Dollar Tree should open their purse strings and pay decent people. Just horrible.
