I don't get their bag policy. They asked me to leave my 14 by 10 bag in the front, yet they don't have a place to leave it. The suggestion was in the box of boxes. They didn't offer to or desigante anyone to attend to it. I know it used to be for students, but they say it's for all now. They're literally the only grocery that ask you to do this. . . . Why?!The store owner/ manager literally hassled me about not having my veterans ID for the 10% military discount they only offer on Sundays, the one time I didn't have it on me.Other than that, they have a good amount of items that you can't find at other groceries for not competitive prices.I really want to celebrate this place, but they keep getting in their own way.

NEVER BEEN TO THE STORE! ATTN MS MOORE RECENT REVIEW! Called the store to get operating hours for the "juice bar"! Employee was so sweet and helpful I decided to read the reviews! The first negative review was MS MOORE, checked the profile button which reveals 32 reviews! Of 32, 28 were negative! Seems like she has a heart ❤️ full of negativity! She has problems everyday, everywhere! I wanted to compliment the GREAT Employee with the great! ❤️ GOOGLE IS NOT THE PROBLEM, PEOPLE ARE!

Asked if the manager could order a product, called several times, and still haven't heard back. Went across the street to Whole Foods and got better customer service. Complained to corporate, who said someone would be contacting me, but it never happened. Clearly, customer service isn't a priority. They lost my business permanently!

Please train your baggers better. We were there today and the bagger put a huge thing of soy sauce in with lots of frozen items (which weaken a paper bag with moisture) and single bagged it. I walked just a few feet from the car to my kitchen and had glass and soy sauce all over everything in my white kitchen. I just got done cleaning it up. Receipt number 236011. We typically bring our bags with us but didn't this time, which wouldn't have been an issue if you trained your baggers not to set people up for a nasty surprise. If I had watched her bag things and not been distracted talking with the cashier, I would have stopped that stupidity. With other places to get vegan food nearby, I hope you take this complaint seriously.

Great selection of staples and organic/local foods, friendly and helpful staff, and decent pricing (especially if you join their rewards/email list). We've been shopping Earth Fare as our primary grocery since they've re-opened and hardly ever feel the need to go to Publix or any other local, normal grocery competitor!

Great quality of cheese, meat, and a variety of desserts. The bakeries in Earth Fare is always good and tasty. The flavor, and texture of the cakes will impress you!

Have tried multiple times in the last month to find a manager to get information about a product that's disappeared from the frozen foods section. I've tried to ask if they've stopped carrying this product that I've been buying from them for quite a while now and CANNOT get an answer. Also they can't answer if they're going to start carrying it again. No one knows who to ask, we keep talking in circles about why they now don't have a particular item from a brand that they're carrying and that they've carried for ages. The double talk and "no clue" is highly frustrating when I'm trying to shop with a nearby local store that the community tries to support.

It reminds me of a health food store back home and it had a good variety. Unfortunately I had a live bug in my daily salad and that affected the review. Now I'm thinking they don't wash their lettuce. Thanks for the easy return.

Good quality meat, fish, fruit and veg. Customer service varies dramatically, some very helpful, some totally disinterested. Sales Promotion today on wine and cheese . I asked the staff member at the display about one of the cheeses, “ bread cheese”. What exactly is it ?… “ I don’t know “ was the reply . Management, train your staff !

First, I am glad Earthfare reopened and I go there all the time, but it’s clear the store is struggling in some areas. I keep forgetting to not buy ice cream here because every time I do it has a bad flavor and that melted-then-refrozen texture. I try to stay away from the frozen and prepared foods sections.
