It says the hours were confirmed a few weeks ago, yet when I went to the store today they were closed at least 30 minutes prior to their indicated close time without any sign on the door or notice. I was not going to place a huge order, but simply see what they had left for the day. I get emergencies happen and sometimes you have to close early, but at least leave a note on the door.

Ordered $165 worth of nothing, obviously… because that’s what was delivered to my daughter for her Valentine’s Day surprise. Now, no one will pick up the phone or return calls — even though I’ve left two messages. No one from the company even thought to initiate a call saying they were running behind with deliveries. Feels like I’ve been scammed.To say this experience was disappointing is an understatement. I don’t feel that by paying north of $100 entitles me to better treatment than someone who spends less ( cause let’s face it, none of the edible arrangements prices are inexpensive), but I did expect solid service BECAUSE they’re charging so much.I won’t be placing anymore orders with this company, and encourage you to take your money elsewhere as well.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered flowers and a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries for our anniversary to be delivered to my wife. Well she received something but It was not what I ordered. She received 6 cupcakes and handful of wilted and dying flowers. Very disappointed and unfortunately will likely not be a future customer.

An order was supposed to be delivered on 11/1. Never delivered. Have called the store NUMEROUS times, no answer. Can’t even contact someone via chat online. Terrible service! Waste of peoples time/money!

Placed an order for $133 of birthday favors for my wife's birthday. Gave them plenty of time to process the order. Specified early morning delivery. It's 3 PM and no delivery. Cannot get a person on the phone. I say never again for me and you should not order from them either.

They delivered the wrong basket to my house and would not answer the phone. My son and his girlfriend sent me a basket for my birthday as a surprise. I understand mistakes happy but at some point someone should have caught it. Very unprofessional and I will never recommend or use this company!

They don’t answer the phone AND they delivered my order to the wrong place! How are you so busy you can’t answer the phone for “THREE DAYS” never ordering from this location again the operators even called and said this location wasn’t answering what a joke!

I placed an order from the St. Andrews location for an arrangement that included a full size basket, cookies and cupcakes to be delivered to a business for appreciation. The order price was $137 and I was told only the cookies and cupcakes were good. I called the store location and they told me they can't guarantee the fruit to good and only could give me refund for $14 which I didn't ask for. I could've went to Publix and got all of this for $50 or less.

Would not return or recommend. I was quoted $39 for a fruit bouquet. I asked for a copy of the receipt and provided an email address but never received the receipt showing the breakdown of what was actually charged besides the $39. The charge on my account was $63.32. This didn’t seem right to me so I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He didn’t offer to send a receipt with the breakdown of the charges, he just said “the other amounts are probably just delivery and taxes”. I understand products/services are getting expensive now, but I also understand now that there are so many better things that can be done for $63.

Monday morning April 25th.2022. After checking the website stating that the business was open at 9:00 I traveled from Chapin. Was going to spend 100.00- 150.00 on a anniversary gift. 9:10 store still closed and tried to leave a message. No luck.... 1st time and last time I will consider this business.

Wow! Just spoke with the shop in Imro..Asked a simple delivery question.Needless to say they can't even tell you if it could or couldn't be delivered today... Sad!!!
