I made a reservation online and upon payment, the manager (DaJwuan Duncan) swiped my credit card twice. He then told me that my card declined and in their system it is reflecting as such. I told him I'd call my bank to see what the problem was bc everything appeared fine and funds available in my account. The credit card service team confirmed that everything was fine and that the first swipe did in fact go through and that the bank released the funds to Enterprise. She offered an authorization number and acknowledged the fact the Enterprise's system often glitches and provided the remedy. Mr. Duncan refused to take the authorization number and continued to tell me that his system didn't reflect what he was being told by the bank. I asked if there was someone within his company (Enterprise) that he could call. HE LIED TO ME! Said No and that there isn't anyone he could call to help. I googled the corporate number and immediately made contact with someone in the corporate finance office who confirmed what the bank said and gave me an authorization number for that transaction. Had the manager did his job he would have gotten the information needed to release the vehicle I had in fact been proven to have paid for. Instead he closed his office and left me outside waiting for an Uber. During my call with Enterprise's Corporate finance office, the representative offered to escalate my problem. I accepted and spoke with someone in the escalation department. They then referred all of my details to an area manager and assured me that I'd be receiving a call with a feasible solution to my problem the next day. Today is the next day. I followed up since I hadn't received a call. I again spoke with someone in Enterprise's Corporate Finance office. That person again confirmed that not only did the charge to my credit card go through on that first swipe but that someone in the office at 320 Greystone Blvd, Columbia SC (where I originally reserved the car) had added a transaction. Upon further investigation the corporate finance office representative revealed that the transaction was refunded after having been cleared as they told me it had been by my bank and the Enterprise rep I spoke with last night. My call was transferred to escalation again. I explained everything to that person and she told me that everything that I have experienced is not only a HUGE INCONVENIENCE but also UNETHICAL. The charge went through and I should have gotten the car I paid for instead of a refund. They tried to cover their butts because THEY MESSED UP and instead of sending me a car or calling me to rectify the situation, they quietly refunded the money to make it look like the second swipe of my card (which was declined bc the first one went through) was just a ghost transaction. THE FIRST TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH AND WAS CONFIRMED BY THE BANK AND ENTERPRISE'S CORPORATE FINANCE DEPARTMENT!! During the escalation call this morning I was advised to go online and reserve another vehicle since the price difference was higher. I did as advised only to be called and told THERE ARE NO VEHICLES AVAILABLE!! YET I PAID FOR ONE LAST NIGHT AND WAS SECRETLY REFUNDED TO COVER UP A LIE FROM THE MANAGER. Now I have no car at all and NO ONE from ENTERPRISE'S LOCAL CORPORATE OFFICE, REGIONAL OFFICE, STATE OFFICE, nor CORPORATE OFFICE have called to rectify this situation that started at approximately 5:30pm yesterday and it is now close to 2pm today. That manager wrote on a card...see pictures. To Chris M:Please do the work that I did and call your corporate offices and gather all of this information like I did. You may have trouble finding the invoices because your manager never released them but kept them open long enough to perform a refund on that cleared transaction. But now that we do know that there was somewhere Mr. Duncan could have called to get help, I suggest you call them. The escalation department will be more than happy to help.

So being that you are the Assistant Branch Manager DaJwuan “Dunk” Duncan was very rude and nasty as soon as I walked through the door. I came in and advise him I did a reservation through Hotwire. Automatically he got an attitude sucking his teeth saying none of my info was in there. Then once I gave him my info he said he needed to bills to verify me. I told him sir I just gave you my licenses and I already have a reservation. Literally told me while looking away from me that’s my policy I don’t know what to tell you. Ok bear in mind on Hotwire once you make your reservation it sends you an email stating what all is needed. I told him I don’t carry around bills and he said well I didn’t say it needed to be printed out you said that. What?! Clearly he is having a bad day. So I pull up my two bills and he said I need to see if it’s past due. I said sir you said you needed to verify not look at my bills. He saids probably because you’re getting a $30,000 car and renting it for two days for only $133. Still not looking at me and with a nasty attitude. Ok finally verified he said am I using debit or credit. I said debit but they can’t do tap to pay ok cool let me get my card out the car. Sucks his teeth again and walks away saying let me know when you get the card. I come back with my card he snatches it and saids oh we don’t do cashapp. Sir come on now be a little more professional. But I said ok let me get chime so I go to use my chime and I snatch my card out quickly because they are trying to charge me $433.34. I told him my reservation through Hotwire is $133.34 and I paid an extra $33 for incidental insurance. This Assistant Manager sat right there while still looking away saying that ain’t got nothing to do with me or us. I am in total disbelief with how I was treated as soon as I walked through Enterprise Door. This is crazy and I highly doubt an Assistant Branch Manager should be acting this way. And no I didn’t rent from them. Not because I didn’t have it but because of the way I was treated. Basically talked down to. Enterprise on Greystone you really need to train your Manager better or get someone new!!!

Had to get my car fixed due to a collision last year and Enterprise came through once insurance approved it! They picked me up at the collision center and took me to their spot to pick up my rental. After making sure everything was legit, I was on my way! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Oh, and a special thank you to Dunk and the other associate I spoke to on the phone! Yall made the experience more than pleasurable!

This was my first time renting a car from this location. I visit this location weeks prior to return a rental from another Enterprise. The staff was so gracious to let to me drop it off and return it for me. So I had a great experience then and it was no difference this time renting from them. Wonderful experience. Will definitely come back to rent a vehicle Greystone Enterprise.

I’ve come to really appreciate my local enterprise. This one is trust worthy. Just follow the rules and know they will make sure you get your deposit back. They don’t want to just hold anyone’s money. The rules are the rules. They will go out of their way to make sure once you get your car that you are good. Also, the 1800 enterprise customer service is solid too. Yes it’s outsourced so you can get someone in another country helping you, but so what. All your information is on file so you can still get help with your rental while your local branch is helping other customers locally. Trust me you won’t regret doing business with this location.

DaJwuan Duncan, Ahmadrae Bracey and Tevin Dickey these 3 young men gave excellent customer service I would have given 5 star but I didn't like the price. They had no control over the price. It's was a pleasure to rent from Enterprise on Greystone, reasonable and accommodating. I highly recommend this car rental agency.

They didn't give me a rental agreement out of sheer laziness when I went to pick up a car n had another cars registration info In Glove compartment when they gave us the car in the first place. Slipshod work at it's finest. Not getting car from them again.
