Do not rent a car from Enterprise at the Garners Ferry or Winston Salem location.I paid $123 for a luxury rental one way. Instead I got a Ford f150 that smelled like smoke. I also had to pay a $300 deposit, which they said I would get back in 7 days. I have received $154 of that deposit. When I called to discuss, I go to a voice mail that hasn’t been set up. I am (was) an Emerald member. I’ve gotten pathetic service.I finally heard from a manger who said I had the car for two days when I rented it for a one day one-way trip. They essentially called me a liar. I drove from Columbia to Winston Salem to buy a car in one day. I dropped the rental off with two guys at an Enterprise store in Winston Salem, handed them my keys, discussed Super Bowl and left. It has now been several weeks and no resolution. These people are criminal. Use any other Rental Car Company. I’ve always been and Emerald Aisle member….but never again. Enterprise needs to shut both of these locations down. They are a disgrace.

My experience was terrible! I was not informed about dropping off the rental after hours on Saturday and was charged for 2 extra days. My fiancé spoke with the manager at the location and was told we’d receive a one time refund and never received it. There was no reason to lie. I hate doing business with dishonest people. I’ve tried calling and no one answers. I’ll never do business with enterprise again. Your corporate office should evaluate there employees. Not just hire anyone. I’ll go to hertz next time if I ever need a rental.

Quinton and his staff at the Garners Ferry Enterprise are super professional and go above and beyond to help and give the best service possible! Enterprise is VERY fortunate to have Quinton - he makes you want to stay loyal to Enterprise. Highly recommend this location and Enterprise!

I'll never get a car from these people again. It's so hard to get a hold of them it's kind of ridiculous. They charge your card two days later and come up with policies depending on the employee thats clocked in.

Our 3 day van rental was great! Our van was clean and well maintained! Nicole Baskerville was very pleasant and answered any questions we had about our rental! We most definitely will rent at Enterprise Garners Ferry again in the future!!

I made a reservation for Jan 2 but forgot about it and came in on the 3rd. Even though the size I booked for was no longer available, I was still squared away and satisfied. I’ve been using this location for a year now & haven’t had any issues so far. I will continue to book through them.

Car was nice and I got a decent discount from Costco but they cheated me out of half of my deposit. I paid for extra days on the phone and they still took the extra days out from my deposit. I probably won’t be back

Austin lacks customer service skills. They lied per usual saying they were sold out. Spoke with corporate the branch called and said they would have something by 530. I went up there at 4 and was unformed they were waiting for more cars. I told them I would come the next morning. The same vehicle that was on the lot the day before was what I received. It was halfway cleaned. I asked could they spray it off. The employee said we just washed it yesterday. After sitting in their office for about an hour I noticed the customer service was better with lighter toned people.
