I needed work done on my motorhome but it was after lunch before I could get there. Osha McCoy saved the day for me. She got me scheduled, made sure the parts were in stock and paved the way with Service to get my work done in short order. A pleasurable experience in every way.

I had work done on my truck on 12/17/2024 at Excel Freight Line in Columbia, South Carolina, and the experience was very disappointing—primarily due to the front desk staff member, OSHA McCoy.
The woman at the front desk displayed highly unprofessional behavior. She played loud music on her cellphone without headphones, made inappropriate comments about customers, and constantly interrupted me while I was explaining my concerns.
Additionally, the break room was in a poor state—muddy and in desperate need of cleaning. This reflects a lack of basic upkeep and respect for customers and employees alike.
I recommend management provide proper customer service training for the front desk staff OSHA McCoy and implement a regular cleaning schedule to improve the facility's appearance and functionality. Until these issues are addressed, I would not consider returning or recommending this location.

Service advisor Kit Sutor was very patient very kind and very understanding his customer service is top-tier he listened to everything that I had to say instead of just trying to force different services on me as other shops have done I’m very enlighted with the service that I received today and I highly recommend.

I have been in this field for almost 20 years and I have never received customer service the way I received at your Excel truck group on shop road because of ( Miss Osha S. McCoy ). Ohas makes me feel welcome and important every time I come to this location. She took the time to learn my name my truck number and my company. Chick-fil-A has nothing on her professional customer service. She is very knowledgeable with everything going on in the trucking world. And if she's not sure she tells me to give her a minute and she will not stop until she gets the answer for me. She always greets me with a smile and says good morning or good afternoon Mr Turon. She's even great over the phone. I look forward to going to this location every time because of Miss
Osha.

Ordered a part for my rig and it was delivered in a timely fashion and the driver was super nice and professional. although my day was crap after the guy delivered my part and cracked a few jokes with me I felt better. Definitely made my day a little better. Thanks Mr Trevor Redden! Keep up the awesome work and continue to be a blessing to others!
