I’m not sure why but I really expected this experience to be a hassle. Eli made sure I was very well taken care of! I reserved a climate controlled unit in the middle of the night and I had already had a missed call from him by the time I woke up again. Eli offered me a better location unit at a better rate to make my move in as swift and easy as possible. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first experience getting a storage unit so I had a ton of questions and Eli didn’t hesitate once. I greatly appreciate him for making this a smooth transition!
