Shipped several packages this morning and the young lady who helped us couldn't have been more helpful. Just wanted to say thanks for helping two older folks.

My go to location, even though I no longer live nearby. I've never had any issues with this place and I've gone to various FedEx locations in the area. Parking lot is very accessible and whether it's been a big package or simple print jobs they've always been very responsive. Both the copy and fax machines always work well for me too. I seriously can't find anything to complain about, except that sometimes of staff isn't as 'snappy' as some would like.

I dropped a small box with an iPhone inside for apple trade in. This site did not give me a receipt (I was concerned, but decided to drop anyway, like a post office Dropbox). My package got lost. The store said they can’t take any responsibility because it is just a drop site. FedEx workers should pick it up. Called FedEx multiple times. They said they cannot do anything, their workers did not get the package. So think about it: nobody will be responsible if your package is lost here.

The young lady who assisted me was great however, David or Dave who I believed to be the Mgr. , not so much. One of the printers were dwn, no big deal. I stand in line to get assistance. Two young ladies were behind the print counter, one was new. Therefore it was technically one EE behind the counter. The wait was a bit long, as one of the customers had a detailed order. I see David or Dave a gentleman in a white shirt walking around , going into a locked door by the print area. The other EE's had red shirts, hence the assumption he was the Mgr. I stepped out of line, asking if he cld assist me w/ a question concerning the printer. Response: I'm manning the self service area & can't leave it. Note: There was not one single customer in the self service area, he was literally just straightening items on a shelf. I walk bck & stand in line. As I'm standing there the line begins to grow & wouldn't you know Dave or David left the area he "couldn't leave" to assist others. I have no issue w/ waiting although, if you're a Mgr. etc. Why would you wait until a line begins to grow before stepping in to assist your customers, most importantly why would you deny a customer assistance, especially when you're not busy or helping others.

Employees aren't helpful because no one seems to know anything. They were nice and tried.
