This is the best FedEx location. They are always friendly and eager to help. This location is a 10 out of 10 and I will highly recommend. The location is always clean and organized and when you need help they are always right there and ready for any questions you may have!!! Amy, Tara, Jamisha and Robbie are the absolutely best staff hands down!!!

they "lost" my passport (it was stolen) after it was overnight shipped. they lied and said it had been made it to its shipping location, then doubled back and said it never left columbia. do not use this location if you have valuable documents that need to be delivered. they do not care, nor does the massive corporate conglomerate behind them.

The three staff members (Jacob, Jamisha, and Tara) I encountered by phone and in the store on 6/21, 6/28, and 6/29 were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They quickly understood what I needed and agreed to scan and print copies of the house plans I left with them. They were able to meet my pickup time, and they fully satisfied my request. I'll be back the next time Southern Elite Builders needs large-scale copying.

They didn’t know anything about mailing tax returns whatsoever. I asked what stamp do I need , they lied to me. I came up here two times to get help mailing my taxes. Do not just tell someone anything when you know nothing. I was told to just use a regular stamp TWICE , just to be told it was supposed to be first class mail by another FedEx. IRS NEVER received my tax return, thanks a lot. -_-

Sent some gifts and apparently my items got damaged and the customer service is rude and hung up...I want my money and my 'damaged' good back. Apparently they don't know how my stuff got damaged

In and out in less than 5 minutes to ship a package to Charleston! The woman working the desk was incredibly helpful and nice, especially since it was my first time shipping something!

I don't understand how they can have FEDEX listed on their business signs. They're not able to scan packages dropped off and when asked for a receipt the lady working behind the counter referred me to go to Walgreens. She grudgingly said she can write a receipt but was very rude and acted like it was such a huge inconvenience for her. I never went back and took my business to UPS.

I come here whenever my printer is acting up. It's usually a low traffic place which I like given the pandemic. Customer service is great and whomever is there whenever I come to print is always extremely helpful. Using the printer with the email and the access code is fairly easy and quick. You have to email whatever you would like to print to the print and go email address. Then you receive another email with a retrieval code. You put that code in their print/copy kiosk and then you are asked a couple of questions about your document. The only payment method is a debit or credit card. They do place a $10.00 hold on your card for a 14 cent b&w copy which is a little annoying, but I understand. Once again, customer service is great here. They are nice and helpful!

Visited the Forest Drive location earlier today and they could not have offered better service. They came out to my car to get my package, and then asked if I would like to wait on the receipt or have it emailed to me. I opted for email and it was in my inbox by the time I got home. Bonnie was so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely use them again!

I went there to print something real quick. The computer was so slow that I sat there doing nothing while it charged me. And the color printer doesn't work properly. There were some horizontal ink lines.
