I highly recommend the FedEx on Greene St in Columbia for laminate services! I recently had a poster board laminated for a bridal shower, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to laminate my poster board quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the laminate is excellent. I am very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend this FedEx location to anyone looking for laminate services.

Ordered a package with the correct address and apartment number. Package was dropped off at the wrong apartment and the picture taken with the package had a completely different address written in sharpie over the label. Never received my package and have been trying to get in touch with customer service but keep getting directed to a robot.

I went in to print and walked across the street for about an hour following. They called and had my car towed. There was maybe two other cars in the lot. It felt a bit egregious to me, I guess on some level their commitment to towing is impressive. Hopefully they're making money off the car tow scam because I will never be back to a FedEx location again. Please be careful.

Slowly have refused to take more and more packages. Today when I told them this was frustrating the attendant turned her back and yelled "Have a great daaaaaay!" as she walked away. Cool. Just wanted to ship my totally acceptable package. She wouldn't even let me hand it to the guy loading his truck.

Went inside to return a power wheel and the store manager mrs. Jackie refused to return although the package was unopened she also started babbling back and forth about how the package had been open which it clearly hasn't been opened. My opinion is she is extremely rude store number 1502. I wonder if she give people with her skin color the same lip she gave me. Extremely rude pleasereplace please replace her for the sake of fed ex morals she is rude. I have pictures of my return item

Do NOT ship any electronics from this location! Back in 2019 I shipped my laptop back to the manufacturer and the box arrived empty! The manufacturer and FedEx refused to pay because they did not keep good record keeping on the weight on my package. FedEx claimed and even put that my package weighed 1.0 lb even though the laptop weighed more. At least two other reviews mentioned this.Someone is seriously scamming and stealing electronics at this location!

The management of the FedEx Office & Shipping Center at 1111 Greene St. in Cumbia, SC, terrible. Jf you must use FedEx, use another location. The employed staff are very helpful, but the managers are rude, abrupt and unhelpful. if you are shipping packages, this is not the place you want to trust with your items.

Terrible service. I have picked up packages here five times, and the standard is different. Told me that I can use a student ID or passport or passport photo. This time I was told I had to use a driver's license or physical passport. Waste of my time, poor staff training.

I brought a piano arrangement booklet to get bound and they messed up the cover of it when they punched holes in it. Then when I asked if they could discount the job since they messed it up they said no because "that's a risk I take for bringing an original copy."The piano book cost me $35 and the cover art was really important to me. On the bright side if you don't look at the binding too closely you won't notice the damage. I also understand the job only cost $7, but still. This was really important to me and all they could say was sorry.

Loved that I could drop in an send a fax quickly without waiting in lines or bothering busy staff. Next time I need to fax or make copies this will definitely be the spot.
