I had a nail in my tire and Gabriel took care of it right away. It was at the end of the day, but he was awesome and fixed it. I will definitely come back when it is time to get new tires for my Prius. Very friendly staff.

Gabriel did an amazing job with getting us back on the road after we experienced a flat tire. He was respectful, courteous and considerate. We were back on
the road in 15 minutes. There should be more people like Gabriel in leadership of places that everyone needs to make everyone loves just a little easier. I am now a life-time customer.

Had a really great experience here recently. Brought our car in with a flat tire. Gabe called and let us know that we were still under warranty and had enough tread wear that we can could replace the tires at a lower price point. They finished quickly and when we went to pick up the car, we asked to schedule time for them to diagnose a TPMS system issue in another car. He had a tech go ahead and do the diagnosis and didn't charge anything additional. Very helpful and a much better experience than what we've had in the past.

Ran over something after work and stopped by this Firestone to see if they could fix it before they closed. Gabe took my case without hesitation and gladly did the job. Said they wouldn't let me leave without that tire getting fixed, which I so much appreciate. I hung around a bit and it seems like the place is being run incredibly with him there. Despite talking to me, he was directing his coworkers as needed, answering other questions from other customers, and fixing my tire, all with complete ease (and with no anger or irritation, which I think will help both the people around him learn better and the customers stay happier). If I ever have a problem again, I'll definitely go to this Firestone even if it's a little out of the way. Thank you guys!

This is the best place I have been to, that has not only allowed me to grow as a new frequent customer and will never chose another place for my work being done on my vehicles. , But also see the best quality service from the technicians knowledge of vehicles, their friendliness with customers and always willing to find a solution to every problem! I am not sure who the old management used to be, but Gabe Store Manager and Mo Service Manager have been the best at making sure this establishment runs the best and I’ve seen nothing but happy customers! I would recommend this location before any other! 6 out of 5 stars!

Gabrielle and John were great at this location. I spoke with Gabrielle when I called, and dropped of my truck for a diagnostic on the driver wheel. I was in Columbia from out of town and leaving the next day. Gabrielle got me in that day without an appointment, and got it back to me in just a few hours. They were courteous, professional, polite, AND FAST!! This is a clean shop and they did quality work. Gabrielle deserves a raise for working on my 2016 white Dodge Ram 15000 4x4!

I woke up to what you see pictured around 11:30am and needed to get this taken care of by 3. The spare I had was flat and I had to call a towing company. They took their sweet time and only gave Firestone roughly 45 min to get this rim onto a new tire, align it and send me on my way. They did it in 30 min and offered to honor their tire sale pricing (15% off) at the first of July when I get paid for purchasing the other 3 tires. Fantastic customer service that went above and beyond. They earned a customer today!

I came in with a nail in my tire very late in the day. My car has low profile tires on special wheels and I was passing through town on my way to Atlanta. The team took care of me even though they had to stay after hours. Rayshad did the work and he made sure everything was perfect. The new store manager is an Air Force veteran and had excellent customer service skills. The team was a lifesaver. I am really appreciative that they worked me into the end of a busy day. Firestone is lucky to have these fine gentlemen on their team!

We were having warning lights pop on our Enterprise Rental, and were advised to find a Firestone. We stopped by this one and were helped by Lynn. She called around and worked her magic, going above and beyond. We loved her spunk and get-it-done attitude.

We had a 10 hour drive ahead of us and our tire pressure light came on as we were approaching Columbia, SC. After multiple trips to gas stations to find air (to no avail), we decided to search for a Firestone. We arrived at this Firestone and they were so friendly and eager to help us. Upon further inspection when the need for air transpired into a nail in the tire, workers assured us they could fix it within 30 minutes. Service was fast and they reassured us that we were safe for our long journey. Special thanks to the manager and Rayshowed, Sales and Service Specialist for your kindness and fast assistance!
