the classes offered at fit columbia are different than any i’ve been to. they incorporate new movements and try to teach new poses in each class. the instructors are so kind and supportive of different body types and skills. the environment is so welcoming and friendly!

There's a reason why Fit wins local awards every year! Not another personalized experience like it in Columbia. From the air to the walls (literally), we have such a unique blend of fitness capabilities including yoga, aerial yoga, bungee fitness, wall yoga, personal training, assisted stretch, massages, and an excess of bad jokes....we have it all!I've been training here for 8 months and the community in the building is what makes Columbia great. We meet you where you are in your fitness journey and make fitness fun. The environment is very private and the room is beautiful.I'm happy to have found a home to train in and you'll be just as happy that you gave us a try. Come as you are, we love ya that way!

I’ve never been a person who likes to work out - the gym is not a fun or satisfying place for me. I started having hip and back pain from sitting all day at work so I decided to explore yoga. I thought the aerial and bungee looked fun but I was intimidated by the thought of just showing up to a yoga class - I’ve never done yoga.So I went in for an evaluation with Angie to maybe have a couple of private yoga lessons before I jumped into a class, and when I walked in, I immediately felt that Fit was a welcoming place that would adapt itself to my goals, not the other way around.I’ve worked with several of the trainers there - Angie, Blake, Shay and Alisha - and while they each have their own styles, they all are very tuned in to the biomechanics of what we’re doing so I always feel safe.With the yoga, the training, the stretching and JoJo’s massage, my back and hips feel better than they have in years!

I had my first massage with JoJo and it was fantastic! She is so gifted with her technique and attention to detail when working out the tighter places in my back and shoulders. I left feeling so renewed and can’t wait for the next Swedish massage!!

The aerial yoga was so fun. Instructor (Jeneane) was approachable and encouraging. She was so positive that we could do the poses even when me and my friend has 0 experience. I highly recommend this practice ❤️ I'll definitely be back.

I have been here for less than a week as an intern and I am already in love with the place as well as the clients and staff! It is such a pleasure to be able to spend my time here and I cannot wait to see all of the cool things that I learn and the amazing people that I meet. Take a class here, you will NOT regret it. In fact, you will fall in love too! Classes include aerial yoga, bungee, wall, goat and kitten yoga, stretch classes, and even personal training and active recovery. Such a wide variety and suitable for everyone. Truly amazing.

Personal training here was the best decision I’ve made for myself in a long time. If you are considering trying them out, stop hesitating. I’ve felt comfortable since my first visit and immediately felt like a long time client. It’s so nice getting one on one training in a relaxing setting. Definitely worth it.

I love Fit Columbia. I was Initially drawn to it because of the aerial swings but have been training weekly now for 3 years with lead trainer, Shay. She is upbeat and thorough as she walks me through every move, correcting my core’s positioning, my breathing, my stance, and encourages me working at home. Angela, the owner of Fit Columbia, is an out-of-the-box stretch therapist with years of extensive training received from all over the world—and is constantly learning more to bring home! Angie’s heart is so positive and her desire to impact our community for the good is evident in all she does! Great business, great folk working there! If you need some deep, therapeutic stretching being done to you, great yoga classes, and fun ways to get physical, I can not recommend Fit Columbia enough.

I fell in LOVE with Fit Columbia almost 4 years ago! I started as a student in an aerial yoga class and quickly tried everything they had to offer (aerial, bungee, wall yoga, goat yoga, personal training, assisted stretching, paddleboard yoga, and even more if you can believe it!) As a student, I learned so much from Jeanean, Juliet, Jennifer and Angie! As an instructor and trainer at the studio now, I absolutely love the joy that Harper and Aurora bring to their classes. Be sure to check one of them out!!

The whole vibe of the place can be summed up by the word FUN! The classes, the staff, the environment… all so much fun. The work outs with Jeanean have been one of my favorites. Her music is banging and she brings the knowledge and energy. I love the options available at the studio and they can make a novice feel confident and comfortable. If you haven’t tried a class you are missing out!

I love Fit Columbia! I have been teaching Aerial yoga for around a year. I started as a student and progressively fell in love with aerial yoga and this studio. The staff is so personable and makes you feel super comfortable. I would also like to brag about the extraordinary instructor Kylie. She teaches everything you could ever want, so if you are looking for a little one-on-one book a private. You will not regret it! Come hang out with us!
