Called about the front sight falling off my FN502. They said it was a known issue due to the sight being plastic and the slide being metal. They won't hold over time and then become finger lose. I asked if the metal 509 sight would work. They said sure. I then asked if they would offer a discount on that sight, solving the problem. They said no and would only ship out another defective plastic front sight. I believe this is a safety issue, and they should have been willing to offer a practical solution. Instead, the mismanagement of my situation cost FN the cost of a second defective plastic sight and shipping cost without solving or making any attempts to solve my problem! This is absolutely the worst service a firearms company could provide! What a joke, and I will never purchase anything FN again! I remind everyone who reads this review, I am talking about the front sight. I also ask you to think, when in your lifetime have you ever had or seen a front sight fall off a gun from regular use? Then, imagine calling about said issue, only to be told, they know about it, but we're unwilling to provide a safe solution to the issue. Had this been a respectable company, they would have sent shipping label, got my gun back to their facilities, pressed into a 509 metal sight, and then shipped my gun back to me, fixed, and it in safe working order! I truly hope this issue is brought out in the light so others can understand how FN operates! Just terrible quality and ever worst post purchase customer service!!!

Absolutely great products but 1,000% horrible customer service

Good guns, terrible customer service. Don't bother trying to get rebate money from them. In my case and opinion, they have intentionally sent me the wrong amount of money for the rebate on a FNX 45T twice, and I have had to email them 4 times over a $150 rebate. FN must be going through some difficult times if they can't afford to pay up on their rebates.

I’ve owned the FN 509 since 2018, it’s my everyday carry. Love it!

Everyone knows FN designs and manufactures superb firearms. What's lesser known--on account of the aforementioned running as well as they do--is that FN stands stalwartly behind its products. Recently, I discovered an issue with the charging-handle sled in my SCAR-16S NRCH. Within about four hours of reporting the matter to FN, I received an email request for photos of the rifle depicting the problem therewith. I sent the requested photos promptly, then settled in to wait for FN's verdict. The following day, I received two communiques from FN USA; the first stated a service order had been opened on my SCAR; the second comprised a shipping label and instructions germane to packaging and shipping my rifle to FN's South Carolina facility. I'm happy to report that FN quickly identified the problem with my SCAR (the charging-handle sled was out of spec), addressed such (replaced the wonky component with a factory-new one), and shipped the rifle safely back to me--all in less than two-weeks. Moreover, I didn't pay a single penny out of pocket. I knew the princely sum I paid for my SCAR was buying me innovation, robustness, reliability, accuracy, and longevity. What I didn't know, however, was that I was also getting seamless, end-to-end customer service and a level of product support indicative of the pride FN takes in its firearms. Bravo!

Place is not open to the public and is private property. Showroom has been closed. It's unfortunate as I really like their product. They need to post this to the public and those looking to go.

Poor customer service, even basic e-mails are now going unanswered. FN customer service has always been sub-par, both using them as a dealer and a consumer.

I purchased an FN 509 Tactical during a promotional period and was eligible for a $100 rebate. I submitted all of the information, make, model, serial number, and receipt. In a drop down menu, they listed every fire arm model they make. I inadvertently selected the incorrect one from the drop down so they declined my submission. However, they could clearly see the model and serial number on the receipt and knew that it was an eligible purchase. Instead of honoring the fact that all documentation supported the claim to the rebate, they refused to process it as the submission date had now passed, even though I had originally submitted it within the defined timeline. While I acknowledge my mistake, they would rather save the $100 rebate than maintain a life long customer. I will be selling the firearm and purchasing from a company that values their customers. Terrible customer service is not the way to operate a company.

We are a dealer and have the most trouble getting them to respond, and they absolutely don't seem to care. Customer service is practically non existent.

After getting one of their brand new FN 502 Tactical's, they released a safety bulletin because apparently they don't do proper testing before releasing new models. I sent it in on February 8th and it was checked into their system on February 16th. The safety bulletin said the turnaround time was 2 weeks. On February 23rd, I was informed the turnaround time was now 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I reached out and magically the next day they called me asking for the FFL info to ship a new pistol (the one I sent in was deemed unfixable I guess). The FFL provided their information same day. 2 days later, I reached out asking when it would be shipped and no response. 3 days after that I reached out again. 3 days later I reached out again. I'm now at a week and a half with no response as to when they will ship out my new pistol.I am now at the end of week 6 without a 502, still waiting on them to send me a replacement for a brand new pistol that they sent out with a factory defect, and without any response from them in a week and a half. Terrible customer service. Good thing the Sig P322 was released, no one should deal with FN.

This is not a good company to deal with. They never honored my rebate for Streamlight Tlr-7A Flex Tactical Weapon Light. I sent them the wrong photo and no one replied back until I emailed them a couple of months later wondering what happened and they replied back with the picture I sent was wrong so I then sent them the right picture of my receipt within the specified date range of purchase. I have emailed them numerous times only to get no response back at all.

Customer service was really unhelpful, didnt really care about my problem. Bought new, & was missing parts, "customer service" solution was go buy them. Nice
