Food Lion is a clean supermarket that is close to the Columbia College area. It has a very well stocked grocery store with a wide range of products at affordable prices. The freshness of vegetables and fruits is always impressive and looks delicious, and the meat department has great choice, excellent quality, and many steaks and chicken. Staff are nice, efficient and friendly, and associate's are helpful and can find someone quickly if you have a question. The site is clean and easy to get in and out. Lines can be super long and there are no self‑checkout lanes, so customers often wait many minutes. Every time the store is a real salvation for customers who need everything.
Employees are usually very friendly and helpful. They do have a problem with keeping the floors clean and you should check expiration dates on frozen seafood.
