Service DepartmentAllen C., Service Adviosr.I want to commend your professionalism and kindness in an urgent time of need. As I was driving my husband home from his doctor appointment and we encountered an urgent auto problem. This problem was compounded by the fact that his oxygen ( reserve) tank was running low.During my emotional crisis you couldn't have been more calming and reassuring. At no time did I feel as if we were just another number as we were cared for promptly, efficiently and economically.Thank you

I purchased my Jeep in May and in late October the Auto/Stop/Start feature stopped working. When I took my vehicle in and explained the issue, I was mocked by a service tech who said, "most people want it to stop working". There's a button that literally turns it off so, what the actual F was he talking about? Who comes in for that? Besides, I clearly wanted it fixed. Why was it ok that it didn't work in a car that I drove off the lot 6 months ago? He then passed me to different tech who was low-key accusing me of not wearing the seatbelt. Apparently, that's the go-to for all equipment failures? Must be the seatbelt. Besides, who doesn't wear a seatbelt in 2023?I left my vehicle and when I picked it up, I was told I needed to drive my vehicle. Like duh, driving the vehicle was how I noticed the issue in the first place. At the end of the day, the auto/stop/start still doesn't work. My seatbelt may be faulty, and I apparently need to drive vehicle more. On top of that, the invoice lied about the tech's recommendation. No one asked me to leave my vehicle for further anything. I was told that the problem would be resolved overnight when my car was parked after DRIVING it.They don't listen to the customer's concerns. They're quick to brush off your concerns especially if your vehicle is still under warranty. Whatever happened to good customer service?

Just bought a car from here and I can say it was easily the smoothest and and quickest auto purchase I have dealt with. The sales rep. we talked to was great, he made the entire process so simply. The financial department was great as well, they had us in and out in no time. All around the absolute best auto dealership I have ever dealt with and I will be back when it’s time to upgrade our next vehicle!

Came in this Sat looking for a used car. Called in before and they had the car i wanted sitting out front for me ready to test drive and completely cleaned! Online the prices were competitive with local dealerships, I entered my data for the 500$ coupon and my salesperson Brandon Scott promptly called. His enthusiasm was infectious and we decided to go to Galeana Kia to speak with him and test drive a Niro Hybrid! We made our purchase and Brandon made it all simple. After the sale he “schooled” us in the electronics and made sure we knew we could can always call for anything we have questions about!!!!

DONT GO, DONT GO, DONT GO TO GALEANAI had my car towed to the dealership around 11 AM on 9/9/2023. After doing what they could for my situation I was informed that day that the key could not be found. Possibly the Tow driver put it in the service box. I was understanding of the situation, and they said that they would still take it. Unfortunately, after Jersey worked his hardest to get us a manageable offer, we decided to move on with our original plan. SO, I called today and was told basically we don't know where the key to your vehicle is! I am in shock and they are still looking for my key.(Its been over 2 hours)

Brandon S. was so helpful and patient with all my questions. He didn’t mind that I dragged my family in with me, and really made sure I understood every step of the process. I purchased my vehicle in September 2022 with Earl Boston Jr. It was a smooth purchase with no hidden agenda. I appreciated his honesty. I HIGHLY recommend him!Shortly thereafter, we had to take my vehicle in for a brake light assembly replacement. We were there for 3 hours for what should have been a 30 minute job. There were MAJOR quality control issues and we left very upset. After notifying management with pictures of the all the issues, they stepped up, took ownership, and made it right. I don't feel that I need to share the exact details, but know that Josh, Service Manager, made it right. Getting everything they needed to complete the job took a little while due to parts being on backorder, but he kept me informed the entire time. I appreciated the efforts made by Josh and his staff. If I go back, I would certainly set up my appointment with Randi from the service department only and do a full inspection afterwards with staff present. No dealership is perfect, and no manufacturer is perfect, but it is certainly helpful when you find people that know how to do their job and make things right when needed.

Everything about my experience with Galeana was excellent. I spoke with Brandon Scott prior to coming in to look and he had a car ready for me with everything that I asked for. He never pressured us to buy anything, got us a very good trade-in deal and the finance deal is great. I could not have asked for any better service. This is the 3rd car we have bought from Galeana, have all the service done on them there and highly recommend them.

I have never had a car buying experience like the one I had today. Jersey Jeff took care of everything and answered all my questions, Steve gave me just what I needed in the finance department. They even delivered my new Jeep to my home in Aiken,SC! 10/10 would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a hassle free experience!

I have always liked Galeana!! I actually bought my first South Carolina car from them in 2017. From the second I walked in last week, I felt very comfortable! Ramon Rogers is amazing and very professional! I was introduced to Jersey Jeff who was amazing! I never, ever felt pressured! I came and left a total of probably 8 times and 6 days of just learning and test driving. I never felt stuck, no pressure at all!! I even explained that I was just tire kicking and learning and he was very patient and excited to teach me. He is a Christian man which was a huge deal to my family. We bought our Jeep today and we have never enjoyed buying a car as much as we did today!! Thank you all for making it such a great experience! I have bought a ton of cars in my days……every two years basically and Jersey Jeff is hands down the best!!
