Great service, bad trade in credit. $19 for 20 games, some that were on the shelf for $39.99 used lol. Crazy. The employee there was great though.

I’ve gone there twice and they’ve been closed at 4-5 in the afternoon. Called and they would answer the phone. Told them I’d be there in a few and they did not inform me they were closed. Way to waste time. No wonder game stops go out of business. Sales lost.

If you see a review from someone named Taylor Byrd, feel free to ignore it. I was in the store when a man and his son and two other men were in there. The lady on shift only spoke when spoken to in order to avoid interrupting the conversation of the two boys. She even did her best to avoid getting in their way, taking different paths in order to avoid disturbing them while doing price labels. She was kind enough to quickly stop what she was doing to help the young man and his son find where to go to get their game. When asked about retro games, she replied that as far as she’s been there, they’ve always taken them. When they responded with a “well they seem to always decline the ones I bring,” she replied by saying that the games they were bringing most likely did not have a trade value. This is a normal response as I have retro games that do not have a value at GameStop and some that do. I even heard the boys claim that she needed to have better customer service next time, when I believe her service was impeccable. Especially considering that she was trying to multitask. I hope she doesn’t have to deal with whomever Taylor is. If he’s one of the two boys that were there, then I pity that young girl. She was confused as to what she even did wrong and genuinely wanted to know what she did or how she could have seemed rude when she told me that she just didn’t want to interrupt their conversation since they seemed like they were having a good conversation. I’ll definitely be returning to this store if I can catch her on shift to bring her some snacks. She definitely deserves it if those are the kind of customers she has to deal with. Claiming someone needs to have better customer service and not telling them what they may have done wrong and instead choosing to go online and complain is childish. Don’t say something online that you’re too afraid to say to someone else’s face. Especially the face of someone who I believe had amazing customer service. Especially when they were so close to closing.

I love this game stop!! Small, conveniently located!! This time the clerk gave me some great advice I definitely needed seeing how my kids continue to break the side controls of their Nintendo switch!!

We went to GameStop on yesterday to retrieve a game for my lil brother in law. I stayed in the car due too harsh winds. After waiting patiently for 45 minutes for my husband to return I got restless and went in. I noticed a long line of people (which is to be expected during the holidays) however, I noticed only one person was working the store. Once the other patrons that were waiting also explained that the young man was all by himself in the store and that they were trying to help him out by being patient and content, I showed admiration. Once the young man came out, I noticed his pleasant and calm attitude and his empathy towards the customers who waited for him. Once it was our turn at the counter he greeted us and we even had a laugh about his Inuyasha T-shirt. He was informative about my account and even gave me tips on how to use my points. I asked his name and then we greeted him a Merry Christmas. Robert was his name and was a prime example of what CSRs are supposed to be. Thank you Robert! He needs a raise, GameStop...just saying!

The Killian Rd. store sold our pre-ordered copy of a game. All the other local Game Stops are holding their reserved copies of the same game for 4 more days. So we are without the game and without our money. Brady offered no explanation as to why they sold early, nor did he offer any other solutions. Did not even offer a refund. If you are going to use a GameStop, I would pick another location.

If y'all are looking for a GameStop that enjoys interacting with it’s customers this is the place for you. If you see a review by a lady named Kennerly go ahead and disregard that. The review is full of false information. As someone who was in the store when this lady called the store. She was offered her money back and was made aware of GamesStop's policy to hold games that are on preorder for 72 hours (its actually 48 but this store holds them an extra day to allow the customer time to come get their game). Mind you she called almost a week after the game had come out, and it was a vastly popular game. Idk who she called but every single GameStop in this area was sold out of this game at the time.-Someone who was looking for Splatoon 3 as well and a regular customer at this establishment.

Great store very clean and neat my daughter and I was able to find everything that we needed it as soon as we got inside the door the customer service was very friendly and very helpful on pitching to us deals and sales but not too overly aggressive where It got annoying and that GameStop is fully stocked only thing I think they’re lacking is just different types of controllers for the PS5 (red) (black) I think the retailer I worked with today name was Felicity she was spot on any question I ask she knew and had a response
