The older guy at the plumbing counter could use some customer server training, he spoke to me like an idiot when asking about a plumbing item. These guys are supposedly the experts but his attitude was piss poor, thank god for stores like Ace Hardware who actually help.

Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond to make sure my husband had all that he needed to fix a broken water pipe even after they were closed for the day. The fact that they took their time with him after hours during the holidays speaks volumes to the genuine people that they are. They will always have our business!
