Had a busted screen on my IPhone. Called Apple, made an appointment, they were able to fix it same day and get me back to normal. Everyone, including employees not GS were very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you guys! And Girl! Y’all did awesome.

Despite being short-staffed and without a prior appointment, our USC student was helped by Chris. He tested her laptop, tried several different things. On the phone, he answered our questions, explained his findings, and made recommendations. Chris was very patient and kind in what could have been a very stressful situation.
