If I could rate one star I would. The lady working named Jordan was extremely rude. Never greeted us or asked if she could help what we were looking for. I asked if she ever tried an Alani nu bar and she was like no before I could finish my sentence. The customer service at Shaw is way better.

I've been in the Army for eleven years and I've been going to this GNC since 2008. The new staff there by the name of Ron and Jordan are the most knowledgeable personnel I've encountered since my very first visit in this location. They are very friendly and know there stuff. I don't think customer service gets any better. If you are ever in need of any information on products this location with these two guys are the best you will find.

I visited the store with my husband today and the customer service was terrible. He was interested in a protein mix but couldn't find an employee to answer his questions. I informed him that the workers were in the center isle. They were hard to distinguish because they were in a group conversation with someone discussing after work plans. There was also a display set up for free samples of a product I was interested in buying. The sample cups were on the table and I approached the worker and asked for one...her response was " We are out of those." I could tell she wasn't interested in helping me. I responded to her and told her maybe she should take down the free sample sign and also remove the cups. We had lunch at the food court and then walked by the store on our way out. The free sample sign and sample cups were still displayed. We will not be returning to this GNC.

Customer service is always a hassle and Tara was rude when I tried to do a return urgghh! She assumed I wore the merchandise. And don't try to be in and out during peak hours on the weekend with all the trainees.

Everytime I go in there everyone is super friendly and helpful beyond what they need to be! There's a guy named Kyle who works there too and he's super cute too so there's a plus 😉

Great shopping and food. I love the size and the lay out of the PX. The lay out can be compared to the Fort Gordon PX. The buyers are obviously in tune to the area clientele. I thought that their choice in women clothing, lingerie and toddler section were stylish. However I was not pleased with the shoe selections. The shoes were basic and boring and offered minimal in the way of children. I thought the purse and perfume selections were plentiful. The kiosk stations located in the lobby offer a variety of unique gift giving ideas. Each kiosk representative greeted us with a warm welcoming invitation to browse. The installation has quick access to the freeway and surrounding area.

Mid to large sized Post Exchange(PX). Serves the largest Basic Combat Training/Boot Camp in the Army. Hits/Positives: 1. Fully stocked. Got the items I needed. They even sell guns and accessories. Something I'm not used to on Navy bases. 2. Customers Service- Friendly, happy and standing by to assist. It is a fairly large PX. It's nice to be greeted and asked if I need help. 3. Food Court- Boston Market. Those pot pies kept me happy! 4. Tax Free. 5. Large parking lot. Miss/need improvement: 1. They have about 8 registers but only have 2 or sometimes 3 open. You end up spending more time waiting to pay than shopping. 2. Food Court-Arby's/BK & Taco Bell closes an hour early. Disappointed getting there at 1855 and they closed off the lines. Boston Market and Charley's are open till 2000.

The store is always clean, bathroom, and parking lot. The food court is pretty good. I like Charley's. The prices are decent.

Well stocked, fairly clean, and wide selection in food court. Best time to shop is seasonal sales. During that time is always a good buy. Ft Benning had a much larger facility, but this is big.

Great clothing & shoe selection; they also have a big electronic section. They have fun themed sections near the holidays. Staff is helpful. Good selection of Army themed presents in the back right corner of store.

I've been to a couple of other military exchanges, but I believe Jackson's is the biggest one I've been to. There is a HUGE selection of items to choose from. There's jewelry, shoes, wine, cologne/perfume, bags, electronics, and basically everything else under the sun. It's like a tax free Target or Walmart. The pricing is moderate, just like any other retailer. I wouldn't say the deals are any better than anywhere else. The fact that everything is tax free helps, but nothing is really "cheap" per se. The place also has lots of food places to choose from and several kiosks. It reminds me of a shopping mall because of the food court style to the dining area. I liked this post exchange a lot. I don't really have any negative comments about it. If you ever happen to be on base, I'd recommend checking it out. You're bound to find something you like.

A very well stocked PX to the point of being crowded. Add people and it can be difficult to shop. The main building is the main show with just about everything a department store would carry, but included firearms and ammo for sale along with a pretty extensive outdoor equipment and gear area. Vendor carts with lots of attractive macho items popular with the post teenagers who constitute the majority of military bases. And there is a food court of franchises. Lots of parking and the employees are courteous and helpful, just that there are not a lot of them out on the floor.

Like all other military Exchanges, everything is zero tax. As a Post eXchange on the larger side, the Fort Jackson main Exchange has just about everything you're looking for, on-hand. The gauntlet of restaurants, including Taco Bell, Burger King, Charley's, Anthony's Pizza, Manchu Wok, and Cinnabon, are flanked by a Game Stop, GNC, barber shop, salon, and a smorgasboard of kiosks. The store itself is complete with an electronics department and suitable gun store. Cleanliness and atmoshphere is on par with a Walmart, but only seldom can you not find what you're looking for. It's worth checking out nonetheless.
